I have, ever since moving into Brushy Creek, utilized A&T Service Plumbing for ALL plumbing issues at our house. Upstairs, and downstairs water heaters replaced, gas control valve replaced, clogged drain - does not matter what the needs have been A&T has always been responsive, timely, fair and most importantly reliable in getting the job done and done right!. Have recommended them to my neighbors and they share my assessment. If you have a plumbing need, day or night - call them!

In short too expensive and went with Clark Kent instead. Spent over $1000 testing for a leak when I called for a leak near my foundation with obvious signs of water. They never found it so planned to come back for another $1000 day. The tech never wore a mask and came down with a “viral infection” so they couldn’t show back up. Good thing I called Clark Kent Plumbing in advance. This plumber started to dig right away, found the leak and patched it all before noon. It was half the price.

Travis did an excellent job of explaining our problem and did a very timely repair. Austin Plumbery gives attention to details from the moment you ask for service. Quick response to our inquiry and notification of appointment and any changes to the time. In our case, Travis was able to come earlier. That is unheard of in any service business. So grateful we found Austin Plumbery.

I've had Mark out to our first house for a major pipe burst in the garage a couple years ago and not only did he come out in the middle of the night and get the situation under control, he also let us know costs up front as well as what we could expect and do to better help prevent this kind of thing in the future. Having said that, when we moved to our new home in Pflugerville and our expansive clay soil bust the incoming water to the house near the foundation I knew just who to call. I spoke with Mark (the owner) and he was out to the house in about 20 minutes. As usual, Mark let me know exactly what the fee would be as well as a clear estimate on what to expect. The job was done timely and professionally and as always, Mark let me know what I could do in order to better protect the home as well as ways to avoid this kind of thing in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Mark and Pure Plumbing Service!

Nathan's Plumbing came to install my water softener. Chris was the plumber that came out. He was extremely knowledgeable and well prepared. I've never had a plumber come out prepared with parts on the truck already. Chris was very professional and came out on short notice and on time. Will definitely use them again.

We called Neighborhood Plumbing this morning. They came by in the AM, gave us a price, started and completed the job the same afternoon. Chris was professional and took the time to explain the plan (removing one facet and installing a new one in a different location). I highly recommend Chris and Neighborhood Plumbing.

We used Reliant Plumbing for the first time. The service provided to us was EXCELLENT and VERY PROFESSIONAL. Ray was the technician that came out to our home to assess the problem with our water heater tank. We had a water leak into one of bedroom coming from our water heater tank in the attic around midnight which made us extremely nervous. We called just every plumbing company we could find online to see if we could get emergency service. My wife and I did not get much rest because we were worried about having a major water leak in our attic. We were able to catch the problem early and I used our Wetvac to suck out all of the water at the base pan of the water heater until we can get a technician out. Let’s just say we were waiting for replies from other companies, but I am sure they were busy too. So my wife reached out to Reliant Plumbing which replied and sent Ray out to our home. We did not know much about a water heater tank other than what we researched online. When Ray arrived we asked him a hundred questions and what he recommended to resolve the water leak problem. Ray was extremely paitient and answered all of questions no matter how uninformed we were about water heater tank. Ray’s knowledge and professionalism put us very much at ease because he took his time educating us on the problem. We found out that our water pressure was to high and bounced around the idea with Ray about getting a tankless water heater. We decided to change out our old water heater tank and convert to a tankless water heater tank because made it sound like Best and efficient choice. I would say Ray did not try to sell us on anything, but gave us options and we decided that it was the best investment for our home. Reliant Plumbing is a great company that has great people like Ray goes above and beyond in customer service. We will be getting our tankless water heater installed on Monday if all goes well, so I expect to be sharing another review once the work is done. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND RELIANT PLUMBING!! Thanks again Ray.

This was the slowest and most inconvenient service I have ever received from a management perspective. Garrison Plumbing LLC gave us a window from 11:00 AM- 3:00 PM; however, the technician did not arrive until 4:25 PM. When he arrived at our house, he required us to pay the $85 service fee upfront. He then took photos and informed me that we would have to wait 15 minutes for Choice Home Warranty to approve the cost. He left our house and mentioned he would come back in 15 minutes when the charge was approved. He was gone for an hour and a half, arriving back to complete the job at 5:55 PM (on a Friday). They proceeded to change out our faucet (which we provided). It took the two gentlemen approximately 25 minutes to finish. It appeared that one of the two gentlemen was receiving on-the-job training. My fiancée and I missed our dinner reservation that we had scheduled weeks in advance because of the delay to the job. They officially left our home with the job complete at 6:20 PM.I want to say that both gentlemen on site were highly respectful and friendly. It's clear that the technicians were great, but the company's management is poor at best.
