Best Duct System in Austin TX

Our water utility company notified us that there is a leak somewhere in or around the house due to very high consumption than usual. We hired Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning within a short notice to investigate and repair the leak. Marc was the technician who came out and found one of the front lawn pipes is broken. He was polite and gave us feedback/showed us the pipe area before he started the repair, during and after the repair. He cleaned up the site and did the job well. The quote was quite pricey but it had to be replaced ASAP. Thank you for coming out in a short notice and a job well done!

So happy that I found Daniel's!! From the moment I first called everything was professional and easy. They were on their way within an hour, and our technician, Drew, was able to figure out the plumbing issue and provide us several options for the problem. Great experience with Abacus! We had Jason run the crew to update wiring, panels, recessed lighting and outlets/switches in our older home after purchasing. The team worked through our house quickly making these updates and encountered a number of odd situations where old wiring was done in a less than ideal way, Jason quickly identified and was able to troubleshoot solutions to these and correct. Big shout out to Jacob, Brad and Trey who were professional, friendly and went well beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend the team at Abacus and we will absolutely call them for any future electrical needs.

Can’t say enough good things about Stan’s and my experience with Steve Garcia. My work was pretty urgent and it was handled in the best, most timely way possible. Got an estimate right away and got started on the project before other companies even came in for an estimate. This speaks to their professionalism and care for customers. Steve was courteous and friendly, getting the work done the best way, on time and answering all my questions. I think that the electricians at Fox can probably handle straight forward common fixture replacement but in my experience they do not have the knowledge or experience to troubleshoot less common fixtures or make repairs/ fixing wiring instead of replacing the everything.

The service provided was excellent! The two gentlemen that helped me (senior tech and trainee) were great. They were quick, efficient, and answered all my questions. I hope the company recognizes these two for a job well done.

Gavin did a complete checkup on our system. He made sure all our questions were answered and patiently showed us how to operate the thermostat.

I highly recommend AC Pros. Noah, the owner was incredibly professional and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Mark who came several times to our home. We have a newborn baby and Mark was so considerate of the baby, and our family. He went above and beyond every time. He explained everything clearly, he was super patient and very considerate. He wore protective covers on his shoes every time he came in the house, wore a mask just for extra precautions, and even offered to help change the filters. On the install day the crew of Noah, Mark, and Ethan did a great job in a very tight space, they worked for almost the full day and were very respectful of our space and home. Everyone in the front office were also pleasant and understanding. The only hiccup was a discrepancy on the estimated financing from our quote and what the actual financing came out to be. We were expecting it to be a bit under $200 each month and it ended up over $500. So just be sure to double check the estimate and the financing at the end.

Our first experience with Prefix has been exceptional! Sergio turned up on time with a warm smile and professional nature. In the 2 hours he was here he fixed our leaking toilet, installed some under cabinet lighting, patched several holes and cracks in our walls and fixed our microwave! We really love Prefix already and we're looking forward to their next visit.
