I highly recommend Economy Plumbing Services. Mike diagnosed the problem and gave us practical solutions that did not cost an arm and a leg. He took a real no non-sense approach and did not try to sell us on procedures that we didn't need.Communication was also good. I had no problems getting ahold of someone in the office to set up an appointment, and I always got a heads up text when the technician was on the way.

They were the third plumber to come out and fix our problem. They fixed it immediately and their creativity saved us a lot of money. We can tell the quality of work is high and we will use them again!

Chris Thompson is FANTASTIC! He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I started a DYI project renovating an upstairs bathroom and ran into some problems. They got us on the schedule for same day basically, I called late night before. They responded early in the morning and we were set with a time. Since we were without water that was much appreciated! Chris arrived in the time window provided. He did a thorough assessment and then gave me the quote for the job. He even offered to let me watch as he worked. He repaired several of my not great soldering on copper pipe. Thoroughly checked all of the rest and ran a few tests to be sure there were no leaks. Peace of mind knowing it’s done right and double checked before we put up cement board and tile is priceless. But the price was totally reasonable! No extra fees or surprises. The price he quoted after the inspection before starting work was what they charged. We have used other plumbers previously but from now on we are only going with 1st Home and Commercial Services. It’s stressful dealing with plumbing issues. They help make it as painless as possible, treat customers right and have awesome employees. Thanks for the help and advice, Chris!! Had no hot water at night due to construction that the remodel company couldn't figure out but wanted to charge me $500 for a new pilot switch. Requested to Ben Franklin that someone come out the next day which they did and were able to arrive much earlier than scheduled. Dylan is very professional and pleasant to deal with. The issue was minor, and I was only charged the service charge. Very happy with tech and service and happy that I have contract with them.

Quick response time with very polite, yet knowledgeable on-site worker. I was highly impressed and would certainly utilize their service again!

The valve to the refrigerator ice maker had a leak that needed immediate repair. I called Santana Plumbing Company after hours and I was quickly given an ETA for a diagnostic estimate and repairs. The ice maker box with quarter turn brass valve and the hammer arrester were replaced within minutes. Jaime had all of the required equipment and tools needed. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, punctuality, quality and very reasonable fees. Santana Plumbing Company has been saved to my contacts for any future plumbing needs my family may have and I highly recommend it for yours.

I had my grandmothers water heater break down and Alex, Dezi and Rufus were there immediately to supply and install a new one. Very fast, efficient workmanship and compatible rates. She fell in love with his little helper Rufus ? I would highly recommend this service and we will be using him again!

Eddie and Tim were great. The had to completely install a new water heater in my attic. They made it look easy. Explained everything they were doing and what all to expect. I actually have 2 water heaters and the other one was replaced a couple of years ago and apparently was not installed up to code. They made that right also. They were extremely knowledgeable and I would definitely use them again and will recommend Abacus to my friends. This is the second time they have done a great job for me. The other time was electrical.

After the crazy winter storm, we had a burst pipe. The coordinator assured me they would get to me as fast as possible and explained the process. The same day, they sent a team to assess and fix any immediate needs and schedule a detailed fix later in the week. The plumbers were pleasant and helped walk me through what was needed without trying to upsell or gouge the prices. They made a stressful situation of a burst pipe into a pleasant experience.
