Excellent electric company! They were very quick to respond with an estimate by email. Even though their appointment availability was a few weeks out, they were well worth the wait! I have an older home with a list of electrical issues, and their service was high quality at an affordable price. I will definitely be using them in the future for additional electric work!

We were introduced to Klock's many years ago for fan installation in our home, and at the time we didn't know they also performed simple electrical repairs and installation. Since that time, we have tried other electricians for various odd jobs and repairs around the house, but their quality, pricing, and availability were always variable (and often disappointing). Recently, we have required odd jobs and additions in our home due to upgrading, and so we called Klock's to give us reliable service. Their bandwidth is amazing (i.e., they can handle almost any electrical job we need), and as time went on we noticed they are not only reasonably priced compared to other electricians, but very responsive and friendly. They return calls promptly, can often determine our exact needs over the phone, and we don't have to wait several weeks (or a month) for the job to be completed. They are now our go to company for all of our electrical repairs and new installs. They might have a ceiling on what they can do, but we haven’t yet found it! Highly recommended!

The electricians of Raptor Electrical do excellent work. Had an outlet installed in my garage. They were the only electricians that offered to actually come out and give me a quote for the work, rather than just saying we charge this much/hour . The work done was exactly as they promised and cost was competitive. Very happy with Raptor Electrical's service!

Good ol' Austin Energy decided my meter was failing, pulled it, then decided my connectors were too old and ran off with the meter and a note on the door. So, no power and 20 degree winter mix on the way. Found out about this at 2pm after finding the note. Called AE and they basically said too bad, you gotta call an electrician. Called Dial One since they were near the top of the search results.Dial One sent Tom out quickly, but took about an hr for him to get down to my house. On the way he had me txt him some pictures of the hole that AE left. Dial One got he permits started and Tom went back out to get the parts. He got it all repaired by 5:30 or so... Then was willing to sit around and wait for an inspector and then again for the actual crew who had the meter to put back on. Didn't leave until about 7:30.Austin Energy gets 0 stars for the initial inspector who clearly wasn't thinking about leaving a family to freeze.The AE crew that came out to inspect the second time and reattach the meter get some stars as well. Not their fault and they did their thing quickly and left.Dial One and Tom get 5 stars easy. Did everything I would hope for and more.

Gabriel is awesome.. had a last minute electrical issue. He was responsive and showed up in a timely manner and saved the day. Priced very reasonably especially in Austin. The work was clean and efficient and we have not had a problem since we used them. The icing on the cake is the follow up call the next we received from the company and above all they checked on us daily to ensure the service performed was satisfactory. Great hire.

My home needed plenty of electrical work done, and many companies never gave me details or gave me a reasonable price. After talking with Steven, I understood the process and he kept me in the loop for all the work that needed to get done. They will be my go to electrical company and will definitely tell me friends about him!!

Wish I could've left a better review. The work completed was professional and well executed... when it was done. Unfortunately when it came to billing, it was never made clear that they charge per hour/per electrician. You also have no idea how many men they will be sending to the job. They sent 3 the first day and forgot to label my circuit breaker however installed one hanging light fixture and 3 wall switchesThey sent 2 individuals the second day to label the breaker and install 5 wall switches.My advice was given to them, make it clear you charge per hour and per electrician and state how many you will be sending to complete the work.I was charged $1250 to change 8 wall switches, label a breaker and install a light fixture... (i provided all hardware)After some back and forth, they knocked off 1 hour of labor.Work itself - 5 starsCommunication and fairness of price - 1 star

A simple fix in my breaker box turned out to be a much bigger issue with my kitchen's wiring. Hurley fixed the problem within a couple of hours and still kept the original price agreed upon. Great service, and I will definitely be using them again.
