Dominic was amazing! We called 1st Home and Commercial Services after reading the positive Google reviews because we needed help with an installation for a new bathroom sink and hardware and they were able to help us the same day. It was not a straight forward installation and we were missing a part. Dominic called multiple stores to track down the needed pieces and he did a stellar job with the installation. We also had questions about clogged drains and he recommended a product that he offered to drop off on his route the next business day. Dominic was friendly and really went the extra mile. He was also mindful of the current health crisis and practiced distancing and was wearing PPE including a mask and shoe covers. We were very impressed with the service and look forward to working with him again.

Jarrod explained things to me step by step. We had some issues because of something I did but he was SO good. He made sure I got what I needed done and at a price that was reasonable. He also made sure my membership with Abacus was renewed. It was a perfect experience.

I highly recommend Nathan's plumbing. I've called him twice this year. I first had a pressure problem that caused rattling pipes. Drew was the plumber that came to do the repair. A couple days after the work was done, an adjustment was needed, Nathan came right over and did it. The second time Nathan replaced my toilet and change my vanity sink to a pedestal. The work was neat and he got it done quickly and he didn't leave a mess. I found the pricing to be very reasonable for the work and quality. Both Drew and Nathan are really nice guys. They explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions. I have future projects in mind that I will definately be using Nathan's for.

10/10 turbo exceeded my expectations, they are the best! I had been 2 days looking for a service technician for my air conditioner because it had stopped cooling due to a blockage in the condenser, but every time I found a place to do it they told me it would take between 1 or 2 days to visit my house, until I found turbo, from the moment I called the attention was excellent, they scheduled an appointment and the same day the technical team arrived with tools and supplies to solve my problem. i recommend them.

Arthur was our technician, and he was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend him for hvac needs.

I got home from work and found our air conditioner had stopped working sometime that day. I called multiple A/C companies in the area and everyone was telling me that the soonest they could come see me was the next afternoon. Jake was scheduled to come see us within 2 hours of calling Citywide.Jake was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue with our exterior unit within 30 minutes. He was very professional and courteous. When the house was not cooling as quickly as we had thought it would, Jake came over again to inspect the interior unit and gave us a great explanation of exactly how our unit was installed and why it is taking so long to cool the entire house down.Thank you to Jake and to Citywide for making our house cool again.

1/8/2019- Johnny and Ray showed up at the scheduled time of 1:00pm. Drained, removed and replaced the water heater and were completed and gone before 5pm. Quality workmanship all the way. They even installed a new shut off valve and installed insulation on the pipes. Cost was very reasonable considering the time and efforts. This is our second time using Ruben's Plumbing and we'll use them again.

The guys were great. The came to my house and fixed what the downstairs drain in about in 30 minutes, then came upstairs and fixed the kitchen faucet. They were super nice and communicative and very reasonable. I’ve already recommended them to two people who both had great experiences.

We reached out to Davis Plumbing for assistance with swapping out our old electric cooktop and installing a gas cooktop to the line that had previously been capped off. Davis Plumbing was quick to respond, and send someone over same day to take a look at the project. Ray was extremely professional and personable, and completed the job in less than 2 hours. We plan to use Davis Plumbing for future projects!

Great experience! Super knowledgeable and informative. Have a new build and my AC system hasn't been working effectively and efficiently, since we moved in, finally got tired of calling back the company who installed it without ever getting it fixed and reached out to SALT! SUPER glad I did!

Technician came on time and worked with Navien tech support to troubleshoot water heater problem. He has to visit us three time because the response from Navien tech support was very slow. The problem is eventually fixed by replacing PCB and gas control value. I think that technician from Austin Area Plumbing did good job while Navien tech support was very slow.

Indigo Home & Facility Services came to my home to unclog my drains and did a fantastic job. They were prompt, polite, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend their drain cleaning services.

After several companies were unable to provide quick service, Mike with Advanced Plumbing was able to squeeze in a same day appointment for our non functional garbage disposal and sink. He showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem super quickly, and charged a very fair amount for service. Would highly recommend.

We have had fox services work on our commercial ice machine a few times over 3 years. It's 5 years old. The first time to maintenance it and replace a water pump the total fees were just under 1500. The last time it was 2700 they wanted. The machine costs 4k. We paid them 400 for the first initial maintenance visit. Bought the water pump on our own for under 200. Completed the repair and water system cleaning in 2 hours. Fox has decent service techs but their billing process is disturbing. I would recommend them to diagnose a problem but not have fox commercial repair it.
