It's a typical story, where you have something unexpected, decide to break. As usual, at the more inopportune time. A leaking water heater isn't something you want to put off fixing for long. So I called around and sent out the usual Yelp quote requests. A&T plumbing was not only the first to respond early in the morning but had the best response.Their prices weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but right there in the middle. But I liked the transparent pricing, availability, and good product (it had good reviews). Others were way overpriced or had no problem recommending another unreliable product.They came by as scheduled, replaced the water heater quickly and professionally. No more leaks and the water is hot. I recommend these folks as well as a water sensor! As that saved me from potentially expensive repairs due to it being located on the 2nd floor.

Mr Rooter although they were scheduled for the day worked me in due to the sewer line issue. Michael came out and quickly cleared the issue and then scoped the line to find and show me what caused the problem.. tree roots then explained what was needed to fix it permanently. Great Service from a real professional and restored my home back to complete functionality.

So the technician was very professional he explained everything that he was gonna do and did exactly that...now when it come to dispatch I have a very different opinion. I was originally scheduled for Monday between 8-12 which was confirmed by email and text. When I hadn't heard anything the lady in dispatch tried to lie and say I was scheduled for Tuesday if they were to busy and couldn't get to me she should have just said so instead of lying about it. Y'all have phone calls recorded for quality assurance I'm sure y'all will know who she is. Other than that service was great.

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. Update Spring 2022: Call these guys before it gets hot (and they get busy)!! Our 4yo units needed new capacitors. Eric Castle was amazing!!! We are ready for the heat! Had Spring cleaning and maintenance of units also completed. Will have them back for a Fall maintenance.Summer 2018 - One of our two 11yo AC condensers died. Efficient AC was able to get us a new unit with the specs we requested. Earnest and Arthur were on time and efficient. Three weeks later our second unit died. And once again, Efficient AC came to the rescue and provided us with the same support we needed.

Chris went above and beyond and ended up saving us from having to completely replace our main guest toilet. We will always use Neighborhood and will definitely request Chris for future plumbing needs!

Our builder/friend Danny Spears owns CapTex construction. He also owns Indigo Services - they are amazing and employ contractors and skilled tradesman of all types. Danny has become my friend over the last few years, if you need help with your home after the recent freeze I highly recommend that you call Indigo. Their trucks are already all over our neighborhood, and he personally is at our home with my husband trying to safely clear all of our pipes with minimal damage.

Austin Area Plumbing is the best. Their man, Eddie Pollack, is top notch. His professionalism, knowledge and personality illustrated to me what Customer Service used to be like. He arrived on time and ready to get started. In less than 30 minute he had the old water softener unit out and was preparing the copper lines for the new one. The physical install was accomplished in 30 or 40 minutes. The subsequent programming of the valve took about 10 minutes. Eddie checked and rechecked all connections for leaks. One was discovered and the root cause was quickly repaired.I highly recommend Austin Area Plumbing and Mr. Pollack to anyone needing plumbing work. He personifies professionalism and a sense of pride in his work. He demonstrated an earnest willingness for helping the customer understand what is required and what will be performed. I plan on using them for all my future plumbing work.
