Very good service! I called on a Saturday with a clogged kitchen sink drain. Alec was extremely helpful and filled with information. He took care of the issue and before he even began working, he enlightened me of the possibilities that could have caused the issue and the remedies for each. So happy to report that Benjamin Franklin plumbing exceeded expectations m called at 3 plumber here by 415. Clogged bathroom sink was in working order within the hour. Plumber also answered questions about long term maintenance of our pipes. Dylan was easy going, professional, and capable. Very happy with the outcome and service.

Replaced my AC and heat unit. Very competitive price, not the cheapest, but not by much. Only took three days to get on the install schedule. Crew cleaned up completely. Was in and out in about 5 hours. Would recommend.

Evan from Benjamin Plumbing was wonderful! I bought a touch faucet to replace my old faucet. He came in assess the situation and told me all we needed to change was the head of the old faucet. Which I felt silly for not realizing that from the beginning... but I appreciate him being honest about it. He saved me the $ from the new faucet and the labor to replace it. Oh and he even found the sku # for the old faucet head. Amazing customer service!

Totally recommended. First, my air conditioner was not cooling. It did not have the liquid (freon) to cool. I called this company and they came at the exact time. They explained to me everything they would have to do, then they had to replace some coils. They then fixed my air conditioner and it was working perfectly.

Because of his expertise and experience, before he arrived Justin, already had a good idea of what the problem was and brought the part to fix it. He confirmed his diagnosis of the issue and fixed it, explaining both the solution and the cost. He also documented on the hot water heater what had been done, for future reference. All around, great person to work with and great job.

I highly recommend AC Pros. Noah, the owner was incredibly professional and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Mark who came several times to our home. We have a newborn baby and Mark was so considerate of the baby, and our family. He went above and beyond every time. He explained everything clearly, he was super patient and very considerate. He wore protective covers on his shoes every time he came in the house, wore a mask just for extra precautions, and even offered to help change the filters. On the install day the crew of Noah, Mark, and Ethan did a great job in a very tight space, they worked for almost the full day and were very respectful of our space and home. Everyone in the front office were also pleasant and understanding. The only hiccup was a discrepancy on the estimated financing from our quote and what the actual financing came out to be. We were expecting it to be a bit under $200 each month and it ended up over $500. So just be sure to double check the estimate and the financing at the end.
