Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional! He helped us install a second floor water heater with an added censor to avoid/limit damage with potential future leaks. Also installed an outdoor pressure regulator valve to maintain consistent pressure within our house. Answered all questions and was very thorough. Highly recommend & they’re highly rated on BBB, which is important to us.

I have been using Efficient for a while now, AC, electric and now also plumbing. I am very happy with this company. They are fast, efficient and very high quality. The last job was propane gas plumbing. The Journeyman Dallas did not spare any effort to make the installation just perfect for our needs. Way to go!

I used Bryant for a large remodel i was performing on my home in Austin. I work for a construction company and we have used Bryant on many jobs previously. I was just informed this morning that they would not longer be obligating their contract as they have mismanaged (their words) the project and were no longer making money. I have a half finished home, no electrical service, and no options other than to hire a new electrical contractor. I would not use them as their new management does not honor their obligations or try to offer solutions other than quit.

I called with a clogging problem in our kitchen sink. After doing some research, the technician discovered that our problem was caused by a nail that was driven into our drain pipe at the time of our home's construction. The damaged pipe was cut and repairs were made. The job was done in a very timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Turbo!

Corwin Clark (Electrical Speciality Co) did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem at our house. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and goes above and beyond to make customers happy. Came on time and collected the correct information beforehand, and had the needed supplies. I recommend him strongly and will call him again for any electrical work I need.

I was extremely please with the quick response & service from APC Service Pros. What started out as a small problem developed to being a larger problem which was identified by APC as they proceeded into the repair work. They patiently worked through until all problems were resolved. I appreciate their sticking to resolution & perfecting the issues.I highly recommend this company for their service and honesty.

Heater went out after the power came back on from the winter storm in early February. Called a service tech and he quoted us at $3k to fix a few parts. He recommend us getting it replaced since it was over 10yrs old. We had another guy from ARS come out to give us some options and he quoted us at $7k just for the heater replacement and over $11k for the heater/AC. We told him we needed some time to get a 2nd opinion before committing to spending that much money. I found another service, had them come out and they fixed the heater for a little over $300 and now it works fine. We've had ARS for years and really only called them a few times throughout the past 10yrs when they installed our current heater/AC, but still, they were clearly trying to get a sale and have us spend all that money on a replacement when it could've been fixed for cheap. This just rubs me the wrong way. ?
