Best Replace Residential Water Heater in Jacksonville FL

We had a pipe knock inside the wall, that the plumbers found, diagnosed, and repaired quite quickly with no mess and courteous service. James and Zach were our technicians, and they did a fantastic job! They were pleasant, thorough, timely, and affordable. Thank you very much for such a great job! I highly recommend them.

Turner was called to our home for cast iron pipe inspection due to being under contract and buyer doing their due diligence. Luli and his helper showed up. Luli is very friendly, but not professional at all. He and his helper scoped 3 vent pipes and our main sewage line. Once completed, Luli stood on my doorstep and told me all my pipes were bad and I needed to repipe to CPVC. He said one was busted and leaching into the ground and the others were blocked. Luli did not show me the videos in conjunction with his assessment of our pipes. I had to call Turner to purchase the videos. My husband and I have owned and lived in our home for a bit over 5 years. We’ve had one clog which was resolved over 2 years ago. Other than that, no issues. We have no standing water in our yard, no sewage smell, no wet floors or walls. Since that day, we have now had two other companies come out, scope and assess our pipes to find no issues. They reviewed Luli’s videos and there’s with my husband and I and explained what they saw upon inspection. We have since spent $700 in inspection fees to learn nothing is wrong with our pipes. And, we are at risk of the buyers canceling contract because of Luli’s assessment. I do not recommend Luli.

Had a break in the water line on my side. Was very small and on a Sunday. It was controllable and I left a message to be contacted. I got a reply 7:45 on Monday and service wthin two hours for the repair. All went well and was reasonable priced. Unfortuneately, the repair did not hold the next day. I called and told them it was leaking. I know they were on calls but did show up in reasonanable time to repair. The repair pipe was faulty. It has been two days and all is well. My neighbor had used them and was very satisfied and so am I. I would and will use them when I redo the bath. Met the crew Andrew, Ken and Patrick all very professional and explained their work.

Their customer service is exceptional, a very fast response and the quality of work above and beyond. I was not there while the work was being preformed, I asked for both sides of my septic tank to be pumped and the employee didn’t do the main solid side of the tank because his experience was telling him it did not need yet. They could have very well did it and charged me for it. They saved me a lot of money. When the solid side does need it they will be the ones to get the call. The liquid side did get pumped out so they could replace my sump pump. The yard was put back as if no one was ever there.Thank you Mike Jones for making this happen.

Good fast service

We have had work done by Lettow Plumbing & Restoration at both ours and our daughters house. They are quick to respond, communicate well, and have excellent customer service. The guys who have come out, Chris, Baxter, John, Jessie, and Paul, and Anna on the phone, have all been polite, courteous, and professional. From a small job of hooking up a drain, to replumbing our entire house, we have been pleased with the response, speed, and quality of work.

Delivery and haul away of toilet was included.

We noticed our garden tub faucet dripping over the weekend and called them on Monday morning. David came out later Monday afternoon and quickly assessed the problem. We've had problems with this Moen faucet leaking before and the previous plumber replaced it with a whole new Moen faucet which we paid him for. David said he does not recommend Moen anymore, but he was able to replace the cartridges and it's working fine now. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If we replace it again, he recommends either Delta or Kohler.

Just called this company looking for a plumbing proposal for a new ground up building. The lady that took my call was very rude. do not call this company.

The company we lease from uses Kimball Pluming. I had a couple of issues that have needed attention this year, including a tub and toiletwhen we moved in, and the garbage disposal today. Kimball Plumbing offers a secretary for scheduling. The guys are professional, clean, personable, and competent in their work. This time Billy came out to help with the garbage disposal and was terrific!

We have used Metro Rooter for years and always had great customer service. They respond quickly, they are polite, and are knowledgeable. We have had to call them about 7-8 over the years and every single time was a good experience. Today, was no exception. We had a sump pump issue and we needed a new pump. I cannot say enough about the technician, Kyle Mills, who came out to take care of the issue. He was by far the most knowledgeable and skilled technician I have ever seen. He apparently had experience and training in several other areas other than plumbing and standard septic tank issues. He went far above and beyond to help us with our septic issues and even took the time to educate me about the system. This guy is not your average Joe. I also want to say that Ms. Johnny is very professional and friendly and also went out of her way to handle our emergency. I just cannot say enough about these two Metro Rooter employees. As a business owner myself, I completely understand the value of exceptional employees as they are hard to find. Metro Rooter is blessed with several. Thank you Metro Rooter.
