I called this company at 7am on a Saturday because all the drains were clogged in one of my rental properties. Customer support (Brandon) sent a plumber at 8am to the property and notified the tenant for arrival timeframe. The plumber Steve arrived on-site, was VERY professional with the tenants and immediately restored water flow to the property after identifying the main issue. I then get a call from Samantha from the finance department to explain the findings and collect payment. Since then, I have been calling this company for every plumbing/drain cleaning problem I have with my rental properties. I am impressed by the quality of work and personalized attention they provide to clients. Super satisfied with this company. Would recommend 100% for any plumbing work needed.

We had a pipe burst last night. We were the second call for the next day. David was professional and so knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and quickly. We also realized we needed a new water tank. That was replace and installed in the same manner. We will be using this company from now on

Very nice understanding company. We had a situation where they had started the job then because of covid months passed before they could finish. They never asked for any money and kept checking in to see how things were going. When they got the green light they worked us in within 2 days. Neat and clean workers who did a great job!

They were polite and timely. That kept me informed about when they were coming. Repairman was efficient and great.

After a big name plumber refused to give me an estimate for a toilet replacement, I looked up a local plumber. He gave multiple scenarios and cost ideas. Arrived 10 minutes early, knocked the job out quickly, and over-delivered on his estimate. Absolutely amazing experience!

They did good work for a neighbor. High prices. I drove down 11hours. Scheduled the work to be done, not diagnosed, they didn't come prepared even though I'd given the necessary information. Had to use another company. Saved myself a third of the price: $700.

Several months ago we had a severely backed up kitchen sink. We were responded to early the following morning and serviced professionally in about an hour and the service fee was in our opinion very reasonable plus there were parts needed in our sink drain replaced.Two days later the water flow in the drain slowed down. The same employee returned, found the issue and our drain has been perfect now for many months. Furthermore, the return visit was covered at no additional cost to us.The experience we have had is worthy of our posting a positive review

$390 to clear a stoppage. I think that is ridiculous. Never again. I couldn't get thru to the regular contractor I use so I called American plumbing. It's never cost me more than $125

Dude drove right in front of me as I was walking across the street. No regard for pedestrians, so I doubt they give a damn about serving the customer.

The folks there are considerate, they take their time, they wore masks in the home, took their shoes off.... Honestly, would highly recommend. Awaiting a follow up service, so I might adjust my thoughts.

I was having some serious issues with the drainage in my house so I called my good pals at Betros Plumbing to help. The dispatch had someone come out within a few hours of my call to help me out. Justin and Evan arrived and were nothing but professional throughout the visit. They were communicative with letting me know exactly when they would arrive, they diagnosed the issue within minutes, answered all of my questions throughout the process, and most importantly FIXED the issue efficiently. Update- received a call within 3 hours of posting this review from the parent company. Issue resolve. Great recovery. It takes a lot for a company to admit they made an error and apologize. I’m updating my star review from 1 to 4. I’ll use Metro Rooter again.I’ve been a very satisfied customer of Metro Rooter since 2016. I’ve used them exclusively for my septic system and water well issues and every time they’ve communicated well, arrived on time, and been more than helpful. So when my irrigation pump went out I had no idea that this time would be so different. Two weeks ago I called to schedule a service call. As this was not an emergent issue, I was fine with whenever they could fit me in their schedule. We settled on 8:00 the morning of May 26th. I was told I’d be the “first stop of the day.” I took the day off work so I could be here when they arrived. It’s now 2:15pm. I’ve called the customer service line 3 times (10:00, 11:00 and 1:00) now. It seems like that personalized service we’ve had for the last seven years is gone under the new ownership. I’d love to hear from someone that could address this and I’d be more than willing to edit my review with an update after that call but right now it seems I’ve wasted a vacation day and will probably have to use another to get my issue fixed.
