Great service on a Sunday! Allonzo did an awesome job and he worked tirelessly to unclog the clogged up main drain line. He was on time, very friendly and respectful, nice to everyone including the dog, and worked hard to fix the issue, which presented itself as quite stubborn. He did not give up until the problem was solved. A job well done!

Eric B arrived for the service promptly at the promised time and was very knowledgeable and efficient is fixing and diagnosing the problem.

Bad experience, had my whole yard wet from a leakage so I decided to call them at night when I first found out there was something wrong. I had to leave that same morning out of state and I wanted to get it done before I left, the guy was rude. When the guy arrived He said “don’t call a plumber at night”, I guess they’re not 24/7 like they claim to be. The guy said I had a slab leak and that I needed to repipe the entire house. Note that before a short conversation he said he had 22 years of experience in plumbing. I had the issue fix for less than 50 dollars and I fixed it myself but he wanted to charge 7,000 to repipe the entire house. Do not recommend calling them. Bad customer service

Turner Plumbing was sent out by my warranty company. Alex K And Lu came out and they were wonderful. They were able to fix the shower valve quickly and cleaned up after. They did not try to make the repair more than what it was so they could charge more. This is the 2nd time they have come out to my house and both times they were awesome!

Absolutely the rudest most unprofessional people, especially the woman that answers the phone...an absolute caustic rude woman. After a very heated discussion i chose to not let them do the work for fear they would mess things up worse. Terrible experience.

Had a great experience with metro rooter. Tub wouldn’t drain. Came in and got it done in like 10 mins. Charles Inscoe was our technician and he had great customer service. We really appreciate it.

Had the cold water pipe going into the water heater break. Trough my Home Warranty Service I was assigned All Hours Emergency Plumbing. Customer service was great. Plumber came out and determined that the water heater needed replacement, which thankfully was covered trough my home warranty. Plumber came in again 2 days later and installed swiftly and professionally the new one. After install and testing, showed me the basic functions. Very professional and attentive. The one, and only complaint I have was the additional non-covered charge of $495 I had to pay for install modifications since the new tank is a bit wider and taller. I feel this charge was extremely excessive and should be part of the actual install. Talking with the office manager he explained all that should have been done and missed and they came out and fix. Pleased with Service.

OUTSTANDING from start to finish!! Called for a minor, not urgent job (replace 2 faucets) and Greg was here within 30 minutes! (Faster than ordering a pizza!) They really mean ASAP!Greg was so professional, nice, friendly and efficient! They will be my plumbing company for LIFE! Thanks ASAP!!!!

My home warranty company dispatched Ken Johnson Plumbing when my hot water heater went out. Mike and Mr. Johnson were both very nice and patient with answering any questions I had. Mr. Johnson explained the process of getting my water heater replaced through my home warranty in detail and helped me to expedite the process as much as possible. They were also very timely in coming out. They were at my home to diagnose the same day I submitted my claim. Would definitely recommend them.

This person pulled out in front of us on 200 west nearly causing an accident, no regards to the right away or traffic laws, then actually hoked at us! If this is what type of people they employee beware
