I would be a new customer. I called the office today and the lady who I spoke to was not very nice. She said what do you need and I told her. Just to run the camera scope down my main sewer line would be $400 for two hours. The line from my house to the street is not very long. No budging from that price. Then I said what if I called and said I have a partial blockage and need someone to come and see what it is and run the machine in the pipe. That would be $150 just to come out and $25 for the machine for one hour. The price is not the problem. I've learned to listen to my gut and my feeling is this would be a mistake to use this company. Not sure who I spoke with but she needs to be fired. Here I am a potential new customer and I'm already mad and aggravated.

Very expensive compared to other quotes. Wouldn't give me a price over the phone so had to schedule someone to come out to tell me in person. When they got here they didn't even look at anything, they just quoted me from their fixed prices so I'm not sure what the point of coming out was, and it was a little over twice the price of the next highest quote I got. They should have just put the list online to save themselves the gas money.

Very pleased with the service. Eric and Mike did a great job. Fixed a leak in our pipe and took care of a couple other plumbing issues while they were here. Would use them again without hesitation.

Expensive diagnosis fees, not great customer support, I spent 3 days trying to solve an issue waiting for their call. And I had to hire a different company.

Aldridge and Sons plumbing installed a water heater in my house this week. The old one had 2 months remaining on the warranty and they worked with the manufacturer to have them pay for the replacement heater. I had a new water heater installed within 2 days. Chris in the office and The guy that did the installation were both fantastic. The company exceeded my expectations on this transaction and I will not hesitate to call them next time I need a plumber.

We have hired Ken Johnson for numerous jobs, including toilet and faucet replacement, garbage disposal installation and outdoor pipe repair. Ken is prompt, professional, and his work is top-notch.

Has to be the worst plumbing company in Central Florida. They sent out a technician that was rude, condescending and very unprofessional.Their technician installed the wrong part in my bathroom and blamed me saying I am the one that purchased the part. A LIE! The tech installed the wrong part and tried to blame me....UNBELIVIABLE!Watch out for these people. They dodged my calls for weeks, putting me on hold for 20 minutes at a time. They would not come out and fix their mistake. They took the cowards way out and passed the job on to another contractor. No integrity, does not stand behind their work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If your home warranty tries to send them to your house, refer them to his review. You will thank me later.
