We were advised by JEA of a possible leak, Eric came next day to confirm and gave quote, piping was rerouted from meter to house to by-pass leak which had been caused by tree roots. Everything verbal was followed and job was completed as explained.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs plumbing service. We had an emergency plumbing situation that required immediate attention (broken pipe at water meter), and the Mr. Rooter was a led to get me on the schedule right away. Jay was very helpful and professional, and he resolved our issue quickly. We would definitely use them again.

Timely on most work. However asked them to replace sprayer on kitchen sink as part of job. No problem with that mentioned when setting up appointment. Tech then said “they don’t sell sprayers separately... you will need to buy whole faucet setup and then call us back to install” and didn’t do as part of work. Was at Ace, and they do sell new sprayers separately.... I feel a bit mislead by Haley the tech. At least some of the work got done but don’t understand the sprayer not getting done.

Mark, the plumber, came out to my home to troubleshoot and fix my electric water heater issue on a Saturday. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during this process from beginning to end. It was more than a business transaction to him because he also expressed concerns about best quality water heaters, costs, and the safety of my family and I. I’d definitely recommend this plumber and the company for your plumbing needs.
