Best System Solutions in Jacksonville FL
We had 60 year old + plumbing in the wall between both bathrooms that needed to be renovated. Jacob was able to evaluate the condition of the pipes and give us an estimate. We had to replace the old pipes and knew it meant going through some tiles and the wall. He had to replace pipes all the wall to the venting and T joint which meant moving the toilet, (if I explained that correctly.) Jacob was able to save every tile but one, so we can place those back. He covered the open wall with a piece of wood and made sure it would stay in place until we could repair the tile. He was clean and courteous and cleaned up after the work was done. The cost was $2200 which made us swallow very hard, but we knew it had to be done. I would recommend Harry Hayes Plumbing. They will give you an estimate before any work is done. And if you choose not to use them, you only have to pay a service fee.

I was having having an issue with my shower leaking from the upstairs bathroom. I tried doing some stuff as suggested by a neighbor with the same issue and ended up damaging a little of the shower drain. So i called in a professional. Dave came in and looked at it. he did acknowledge that I messed up the drain base. He gave me 2 options. he said he could fix it for $500.00 or i could replace the shower for $3500.00. Obviously i chose the first option. He told me what he would do to fix it.so a few weeks passed and I scheduled for him to come out and fix it. I was at work and my wife was at home. He does the work and then before he hands her an invoice he proceeds to tell my wife that he cant guarantee the work and that it could technically leak again tomorrow. and he isnt responsible. Then hands her an invoice for 500.00 bucks and wrote on there that there is no warranty and that he cant guarantee his work because of the condition of the shower. my wife was not happy. She said why did you even bother fixing it then? She said a few other things, but basically his response was that your husband knew of the options and he kept going on and on that I damaged the shower drain.Thats fine and dandy, yes i did damage the drain and yes he did go over my options with me. Not one time..I repeat..not one time in any of our conversations did he tell me that it could possibly leak the next day nor did he tell me that he couldn't guarantee any of the work. He simply said he would fix it. I called him and said the same thing. he basically just kept saying i knew the options and I chose to fix it. Who in their right mind would pay $500.00 dollars to fix something that may only last a day?? he said its possible it could last a while. but then its possible it could leak again the same day. He knew i was furious with him. he later had someone call me to pay the invoice. I told her I was very unhappy. She just apologized for the confusion. but she wanted that 500.00 dollars. So as I am a man of my word, i went ahead and paid. I even emailed him a response telling him I was going to leave him a negative review but possibly giving a chance for a resolve. He never even responded to me. Collected my money and that was that.I feel he was dishonest. Why did he not tell me that it could leak the same day and he couldn't guarantee his work? Why wait until he was completely done with the job? had he told me that, i would of said no thanks to the fix and just saved up to replace the shower. I feel like i just threw $500.00 dollars away. That is no way to treat a customer. i hope it was worth it for him. he lost a customer and got himself a bad review. Im sure he will respond and say he told me my options. Guess he picks and chooses what to tell you. I will not do business with this guy again.Very unhappy!!Chad Smith

I am trying to reach this company for my plumbing issue because my builder recommended it. But third time I am calling and no one cares to pick up the call. I have lest 2 voice mail and still no response. What's the point of being in business when no one cares to pick up the phone.

Very pleased with work performed by B&G, needed plumbing work done, faucets replaced, some vales replaced, I wasn’t comfortable doing the work myself, with the copper pipes in the house, didn’t try to charge me for work that wasn’t needed, technician was very professional. The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

*I want to PRAISE the GREAT WORK of Phillip Carter, Service Technician. My call on March 24 was no-AC flowingPhillip arrived on time, explained each aspect of his diagnosisof issue, worked diligently to properly correct issue. He wentabove and beyond, with his kind, professional attitude. Phillip represented his co. Snyder AC with loyal acknowledgment. Iam very thankful, for his expertise and technical accuracy. Hefound a faulty thermostat, to be the culprit all along. I informed him, others on two past calls, had not determined that, to be the issue. Phillip helped me feel at ease, addressing my concerns &represented Snyder AC very professionally. I am requesting him for all our future services.Sincerely, Michele & Daniel B.

Installer was great, time for the project was underestimated but it all worked out. We had some challenges with logistics and the installer was very patient and accommodating. Installer helped to align time frame and effort to complete the work properly. Only comment to staff is when you estimate the job don't set the expectations of a quick turnaround. I was told 1 day to do a bath refit with prefab materials. demo in the morning, install in the afternoon. That's not realistic with 1 on site resource. Either way, the job was well done and I would recommend using these folks. You want Ravi as your installer and you won't be disappointed.
