I wanted to stop by and give a huge THANK YOU TO ROTO-ROOTER!! My garbage disposal had not been working for some time and it had started to drain slowly and stop up. Well it turned out that my garbage disposal needed a simple reset ....the technician that came out RJ37100A was super professional and explained to me exactly what the issue was and how I could actually reset it myself in the future if it ever happened again. Before I called I was thinking I would be out hundreds of dollars, I had actually gotten another company to come by before and they were trying to install a whole new garbage disposal!!! I'm so glad that I called Roto Rooter! This is a company and staff with integrity and that goes a VERY long way with me as a single mother! I will call them for any future plumbing needs because I am confident they will do what's necessary and not what will be the most costly. I can't thank you enough!-Latosha

I had an issue with water heater installed by the previous owner. After failed attempts by 3 different plumbers the team from this company was able to fix it. They knew what they are doing and even though it was a very unusual issue they ware able to fix it.

They hire some very reckless drivers. 8/3/22 one of their trucks was nice enough to push over into my lane to make me hit the brakes so he could make his exit. Then constantly tail gated people as he continued to go down the interstate. As he proceeded to get off on another off ramp clearly, he clearly dosent know how to red light works.

I called around and got 5 estimates for my repipe. I decided to go with Aldridge and Sons, I'm glad I did the two guys that came out Matt and James were wonderful. Who doesn't like great service! These guys were very professional and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. At the end of the day I never had to ask what's next, when are you going install......Matt kept me informed. I will be calling back, I'm sticking with this company.

I am a Realtor and I was working on a very difficult contract. The property needed a full re-pipe done in time for our closing in six days. If I couldn’t find a plumber to do the re-pipe w/in a reasonable time snd with good quality, the contract was finished and my buyer would lose the house and her binder deposit.Justin the Plumber came highly recommended and saved the day. They were able to expedite our job to the top of their list and finish it in two days. They were EXTREMELY professional. When we had the property re-inspected, the inspector was shocked at how good the quality of the work was! I highly recommend Justin the Plumber.

I had a scheduled pumping service that I waited a week for. I was given a time frame from 1p-5pm on 03/02/2023. I called at 4:45pm to confirm that were were still coming because I had not heard anything. I was advised that they were finishing up a job and would be on there way me. By 8pm they never came nor called. I called and now they are no longer answering my calls. I text the cell phone number that I spoke to someone on earlier that day and still no response. THIS IS HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE ZERO I WOULD. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
