Best Slab Leak Repairs in Jacksonville FL

My family and I moved to Jacksonville about three months ago. We have had several plumbing issues in our home including 2 sewer main clogs and a slab leak. Turner Plumbing was quick to respond in each situation providing friendly and quality work in our home. Most recently, we noticed water coming in under my daughters room and in the bathroom. Of course, this happened on a Sunday. After calling Turner, they arrived at my home an hour later diagnosing the problem and giving us a couple of different solutions for repair. We opted to replumb the entire home through the attic, rather than waiting for another copper pipe under the slab to burst, and flood. Luli and multiple other team members got started bright and early Tuesday morning, and had our water back on by Thursday afternoon. They really did a terrific job and explained everything they were doing as they went along. After having to make multiple holes in walls and tile throughout the house to reroute pipes, Turner had those repairs done quickly, so that our home was back to normal by Saturday. I would wholeheartedly recommend Turner Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. They are quick, efficient, reliable and do great work. Terrific company!!

Re pipe. First day they came in and put down drop clothes and covered stuff with plastic. That’s what they should do. One of the drop clothes was wet according to the wife. Based on that and it being wet and dirty she let it go. Point is, she shouldn’t have to. That was the only time they put down drop clothesJob itself, I totally get the difficulty in doing a repipe on a Hip Roof but when discussed with the sales rep the amount of Sheetrock penetrations was not really brought to light Another words he never said but at an additional price they would repair the Sheetrock He priced it as a Standard two bath with all the other hookups etc. Didn’t make it sound overly difficultAs per the Sheetrock Perhaps they had to I don’t know ,but I do know the method of cutting holes in the walls was atrocious. In addition when they plugged the Sheetrock back in place they moved the bat insulation from the wall cavity and never installed it back in place. Another words , no insulation you get a hot spot. So I had to remove them and re insulate them.This is the part that really gets me. Our house was a total mess when they left. Sheetrock debris,insulation pieces all over and Sheetrock dust all over. I hate to be negative as I know they work hard however have some respect for others homes. Respect their property. So, NO I would not recommend them at all for any type of work. Haven’t heard back from them since the work. They got their money

Duck Duck replaced our old septic tank. The transition was seemless. The techncians answered our questions and gave us advise.

No show, promised to be here first thing, took the day off, no calls to say they would be late. Issue turned into an emergency, still no show.

Technician was great!

Very poor service. Took over a few weeks just to get them to call me. Then once they got here they started charging me when the plumber was out in the truck drinking coffee. I did the $79 deal on Angies list for an hour work but they said (but did not prove) the deal was to charge 15min before and after to hand write the bill. On the phone they said the job would only cost the $79. So it was $79 for 1/2 hour work. Then when the plumber broke a part he charged to fix it. When I asked the plumber to show me where the extra charge was written down he refused and was very nasty about it. He also said it would was my time to call the plumbing company. I will never use them again and let everyone I know not to use them.

Hands down a stress free plumbing experience. Gary is great guy that is highly knowledgeable and qualified to take on any task you present him. I would recommend his service to anyone 110%.

Due to scheduling he was not able to come to my house that day but he gave his recommendations and next course of action so that I can take care of the issue. Sent a total 3 different plumbers for 1 simple job.. my bathtub is worse off than before with 4 extra issues I didn’t have before.. posted my issue and rant on a community Facebook page and had a random guy I didn’t know point out the issue from a picture and fixed everything in a hour... do yourself a favor and call a reputable company and stay far away from these guys

Editing my original review: First time they came out it was a great experience and a great price. Unfortunately, the second visit (for something different) was a very different experience. It was for a small clog that turned into a big problem, which certainly happens, but the tech wasn’t sure how to fix it, so he had to call his boss (who was in a meeting). When the tech got ahold of his boss a while later, he wondered around my property chatting on the phone, then cleaned up and left without telling me the cost or options. I got charged for the time he spent trying to figure out his job and for that time on the call. If a tech doesn’t know how to do a job, I’d suggest he leave so I’m not charged extra for a how-to-do-my-job 30 minute call.

Excellent & very knowledgable company!! They installed my tankless hot water heater running the lines from one side of my house where the original old tank was all the way to the opposite side of house without any issues or complications!!!Tankless works amazing & I have an endless supply of hot water!!I’d recommend this company to anyone!!!Definitely will be my go-to company for all my future plumbing remodeling needs!!

Called Baldwin plumbing at 7 p.m. last night when I found a pretty big water leak in my front yard. They showed up the next morning at 9 and had it fixed within an hour. You really can't beat that
