The day of the estimate, we were late getting to the house for the appointment, but Jim Smith waited patiently for us when he could have rescheduled. We had a total re-plumb job done. They gave us a written contract, not just an estimate and the only company to do so. On the appointed day, Bo and his crew were on time, thoughtful, professional and courteously answered all of our questions and concerns. They cleaned up everything and even stayed late to put in an ice maker line for us. I will never use another plumbing company but them. Thank you Turner Plumbing; you will always have my vote and my business! Two thumbs up.

This company is awesome! They re-plumbed my entire house w/ CPVC, drywalled all the holes, & installed two toilets. The price was way cheaper than the other quotes I received and the quality of work was amazing. Nothing but good things to say about everyone I dealt with...when a problem arose with the scheduler, the owner fixed the problem immediately; very military friendly. Joe, who gave the quote was on time and professional, and Anthony & Jalen, who performed the work did an excellent job. They were neat, timely, professional, cleaned up after every day, and when the job took longer than expected, they worked late days, showed up early, and worked on a holiday.

Jonny showed up 2hrs after calling 8 am in the morning..He was courteous very professional about the billing and services offered then went and proceeded to attempt to get our drains to flow more freely.He did everything he could and allowed us a discount since it appeared to be our septic system is not flowing properly.He did not have to offer any discount but because he felt that the drain still was not flowing well albeit not his problem he offered that and we greatly appreciate it.This is the 2nd time in 7 or 8 years I've had Roto Rooter help us and they've done their job well and provided us a good service at a good price.I was so impressed with Jonny's work ethic as he worked hard for a long time to try to make it work that I would ask for him again if we had need of these services.Highly recommend Jonny and Roto Rooter...

I hired this company to replace both of my toilets in my home. After failed attempts and lots of frustration I called & scheduled to have them installed for me. I scheduled my appointment with Chris who was very knowledgeable, asked me questions that I didn’t even think of & knew exactly what I needed. He was patient and understanding explaining the need to know. I had an appointment within the week! Jeremiah came to my home prompt, on time with a friendly attitude. He was professional and also patient with my lack of knowledge. He got to work right away, kept everything clean & even explained to me the grout process to fill in gaps that were left from the previous toilet. I am so thankful for this company, because I now have a piece of mind knowing my toilets are no longer leaking or wobbly. All Fix N Clear helped us on a big remodel and repipe in our 1970’s Split level ranch fixer upper. They replaced the galvanized pipes, plumbed a new half bath and wet bar. Also moved the existing laundry room to the room next to it. All that in only three days and with the best quote! They were careful to put up plastic and keep things neat and were overall just lovely people to deal with. Maynor was very thoughtful and creative in finding ways to do the work with minimal damage to the ceiling and walls. We have already recommended them to neighbors!

I needed to find a small water supply line leak in the ground near my house and Amelia Plumbing was very helpful, fair, and honest. I was able to get the leak fixed, and am pleased with the work they did, and for the valuable advice they gave. I would wholeheartedly use them again.

Refused to do the work requested. Insisted on entering House when all i wanted was for them to use the roof vents and clear the downstream pipes out. Said he had to come inside, which is not true and I am not going to risk my sister's life so he can look at a sinkI was willing to pay if what I asked them to do if it worked or notAdded: I was instructed by my sister to not let anyone in, as she has a health condition, the job was to snake out from the roof vent, nothing else was required, I am sorry your company was unable to do this simple job. Maybe add to your company's info that you will not do requested work if you find it too hardAnd you were not here three days ago, making stuff up now? Why are you lying about this? I live here too and am here at any time my sister is hereMore added: If I could I would now give you zero stars for being a liar.
