Great service. Called late Saturday night (11pm) because my engagement ring fell down the toilet, although they had a 4 hour wait, I was able to schedule something early morning between 9-11 and arrived around 10am. Although we couldn’t find the ring, they were able to put the toilet back together quickly and replace all the bolts and wax seal within 20 minutes. Overall very professional and helpful!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Eric knew exactly what he was doing and fixed my leaky shower fast and for a good price!

Sensational work and Professionalism!!!!!Two fine young men Luli and Daniel, came in and installed my vessel sinks and reconnected the plumbing without a hitch ( love the look). Once complete they cleaned up everything like they were NEVER here. Demonstrating exactly why TP came highly recommended. Will use again no question!!!

Joel saved the day! After three other plumbing companies responded, this company and Joel were the only ones who cared and did everything in their power to help. Our sink collapsed and Joel was adamant about finding a resolution. He called often and finally temporarily fixed our disaster. He knows what he is doing and cares!

I asked for a scope video of an older home that I thought might have clay tiles. The plumber with the video camera was prompt and had good equipment and knew what to do. As it turned out the plumbing had been replaced with PVC and there was just one connection that was questionable as a result of a Fernco coupling having a small separation between the connected pvc pipes but the camera allowed very careful review to determine that it appeared to be working properly. The owner answered his phone on Sunday and sent me the video and went through it with me. I thought this was above and beyond.

I’ve been going back and forth with another plumbing company that did a horrible job installing my brand new water heater that I spent $3,000 on. I finally got sick of it and called Lowe’s, from whom I bought the water heater, and told them I wanted a new water heater and a new plumber since the one I had was so jacked up.Mr Ken Johnson called me as soon as I hung up the phone with Lowe’s and scheduled an appointment with me. Him and his helper Mike came out a few days later with a brand new water heater and did an absolutely incredible job during the install. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and performed exceptional work.From now on if there’s any plumbing work I need done they will be the first ones I call. Thanks Ken and Mike. This person pulled out in front of us on 200 west nearly causing an accident, no regards to the right away or traffic laws, then actually hoked at us! If this is what type of people they employee beware
