Installed washing machine vent and new pipe, fixed/repaired washing machine drain. The prior owner had some questionable plumbing work done, skipped the installation of a vent and used hoses instead of pipes in some areas. There was an 8 ft rubber hose from the washing machine drain to another line that should have been PVC pipe. The drain was also at an odd angle causing some smell/drainage issues.I dealt with four techs - the first two (Jacob and another nice man) visited to troubleshoot the problem because at first, I thought it was just a leak. As the issue was more involved, they could not fix immediately. They made sure I understood the problem completely, showed me photos from under the house and gave me a quote. There is a service fee to have them come look as with most plumbing companies. Booking a follow up appointment was easy. The work would have been completed the following day, but one of the techs had a medical emergency so my appointment had to be rescheduled. It was Labor Day weekend the job was not critical so I waited four more days for an appointment. Not a big deal for me - things happen. I do believe if it was a shower, toilet or flooding issue, they would have found a way to come out sooner.Jason and Connor came to do the repair and they were very nice, polite and respectful. The work was done well , they cleaned up after themselves and gave me a few pointers on some other not plumbing related work. I have full confidence in Harry Hayes and would certainly use them again for other jobs. They are not the most economical, but you can be sure they will do the job the right way and the service is great!

Great service, technician was very knowledgeable and respectful of property. Technician explained the process of thoroughly cleaning septic system and provided information to help maintain it. Would recommend Duck Duck Rooter to anyone that needs emergency septic repair or even just to perform a periodic required maintenance.

They did good work for a neighbor. High prices. I drove down 11hours. Scheduled the work to be done, not diagnosed, they didn't come prepared even though I'd given the necessary information. Had to use another company. Saved myself a third of the price: $700.

Called for an emergency water main repair and they were out shortly after I called to fix the problem. The guys were honest and had me up and running in about an hour. Couldn't be happier!

I was a bit dissatisfied at first due to a scheduling mixup. However, the next day Josh arrived on time and with great energy. I needed to have the faucet in my shower fixed but he earned my trust by doing great work and not pressuring me. He gave me options I didn’t know I had so that I could research & make informed decisions on things that had seemed too daunting to have addressed for years. I then set another appointment to have all of my toilets replaced, garbage disposal removed, a set of shower fixtures replaced-and Josh even quickly resolved a bad odor that was coming from a drain in my laundry closet for years that myself and family had unsuccessfully tried to resolve. He paid attention to detail and efficiently removed the garbage disposal and installed the new pipe in a way that gave me more space under the sink. I’m very pleased and will use Premier Plumbing for my future needs.

$390 to clear a stoppage. I think that is ridiculous. Never again. I couldn't get thru to the regular contractor I use so I called American plumbing. It's never cost me more than $125

Liar's, don't recommend on any level.....

Charged me $110 to rechalk the kitchen sink. Chalk is $10Nothing “Christian about their prices or work”The leak is still apparent. I’m not sure if they installed the sink but the white pipe was never fully attached to the sink. Water is everywhere and I can’t clean it up fast enough for mold.

When our plumbing pipes clogged in the outside pipes, shutting down usage through the house late at night, I called Advantage Plumbing early morning. They immediately called back and were able to come by at 8am. Brendan and associate were wonderful and the house plumbing was working in less than 45 minutes, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Don't believe the positive reviews here folks! Unless you are a corporate account, have a lot of money or a lot of time to spare while they give you the run around, don't bother. I live less than a mile away from B&G Plumbing and I called Terry, the plumbing manager for an estimate on Thursday. He advised he would call me back Friday at 11am to let me know what time he could stop by that day for the estimate for my bathroom remodel project. Friday I called the office at 130 and explained he hadn't called. The receptionist passed the message and at 2pm he finally called and said, Its not going to work out today, too busy here and short on help. It will have to wait until Monday. I said are you serious? You are within walking distance of my house and would take five minutes of your time to stop by. He said, Just too busy today and won't be able to make it. I said, Well it seems like you just don't want my business. And he immediately hung up on me. Don't bother calling them as they will treat you like they are doing you a favor.

Had them replace my disposal. Good work at fair price.

Twice in June.Andy replaced thermostat and heating elements in under warranty hot water heater. Job went smooth. He was on-time, left area clean, and honored his quoted price. Couple weeks later Andy installed new kitchen sink and plumbed to fit. Again all went well....I highly suggest you give Andy a call....
