In 2014, I had a slab leak under my kitchen tile. I was advised that re-pipe would be more cost effective than tearing up and replacing the tile to find and repair the leak. I called Rolland Reash plumbing, and the owner himself came out, met me, and gave me his professional and reasonable estimate. Out of the 2 or 3 estimates that I got, I chose him and his company to be my plumbers, and I'm so glad that I did. The repair was handled promptly and expertly. He even sent his son to handle the minor carpentry and painting part of the job that usually isn't handled by plumbers, for a small, nominal extra fee. Since then, I have had a slow drain, and a problem with a kitchen faucet needing to be installed by a licensed plumber, and their level of service consistently blows me away. They have come to my rescue at least 3 times now; like knights in shining armor. According to my experience with this company, there is absolutely no need to ever call anyone else. There is no comparison to their low and reasonable prices, and their above and beyond level of customer service places them beyond compare, which has made them my go to plumbers for life!

Timely on most work. However asked them to replace sprayer on kitchen sink as part of job. No problem with that mentioned when setting up appointment. Tech then said “they don’t sell sprayers separately... you will need to buy whole faucet setup and then call us back to install” and didn’t do as part of work. Was at Ace, and they do sell new sprayers separately.... I feel a bit mislead by Haley the tech. At least some of the work got done but don’t understand the sprayer not getting done.

I used Lettow Plumbing on several projects including my home. I will say that they are good, fast, and very clean. Their employees are also very nice and hospitable. In my home they help me with a kitchen remodel. It was a pretty good size project including trenching out the concrete floor. They also moved water and drain lines around the room to accommodate the new placement of my equipment. They would arrive just when they said they would which to me in huge. They did their job and cleaned up like they have never been there. Chris Lettow even ran the gas lines for my new cook stove island. So I will say that their pricing was also right on point. Not high and really not low. I never take the low bid. They really were worth every penny we paid them and they really went (to me) above and beyond the contract we had. If you need any plumbing work or gas work I would highly recommend Lettow Plumbing. A good honest tradesmen.

Jonny was very quick to arrive and helpful with a leaking pipe in a wall. He answered all our questions and was very courteous and left no mess.

I have nothing but good things to say. It was easy to make an appointment. They installed a toilet for me and removed my broken flange. They were polite and worked quickly. They even fixed by outside faucet which was not on the agenda. I live out in Baldwin and they had no problem coming out this far. Price was good and I would use them for any of my future needs. Twice in June.Andy replaced thermostat and heating elements in under warranty hot water heater. Job went smooth. He was on-time, left area clean, and honored his quoted price. Couple weeks later Andy installed new kitchen sink and plumbed to fit. Again all went well....I highly suggest you give Andy a call....
