Eric and Mike did a great job. Everything was perfect except Harry way overcharged me for the pump that they installed. I was charged $2400 for a pump that is listed online for $1695.

The worse customer service. I tried to call them multiple times for them to give me an estimate about a work that needed done. They keep hanging up the phone. And when I tried to called them back they didn't answer the phone.

Duck Duck Rooter came to clean out our septic tank this morning. AJ and Mark were totally professional and got the job done quickly, putting things back just as they were.....as a matter of fact you could hardly tell they were here! Extra kudos to AJ who was super friendly and managed to keep a smile on his face even while digging in this hot, humid August weather here in Florida. Thank you Duck Duck Rooter....now that I know how often to pump...you will certainly be the company I will call in 3 - 5 years!

I had a very good experience this morning . Even though I thought the the toilet had fixed itself overnight, Eric took a good look at it anyway to make sure . He explained what he was going to do and what was going to be replaced and how that would help the situation to not happen again . The other guy, I think his name was Sal, ran the auger through just to make sure that the drain and clog were clear . I really appreciate the time they took to make sure things were ok . Presto Plumbing has taken care of all of our Plumbing needs . Definitely trustworthy and they get the job done .

I recently moved to Ponte Vedra Beach and spoke to several companies about putting in a water softener. I had used a different company for several decades but decided it was time for a change.Steve came out and explained the differences between his company and the others, explained at length about the mechanics of the machines and the process of water softening. I asked LOTS of questions and he patiently answered them all.He installed the appropriate softener, after assuring me that I did NOT need the upgrade (what company every does THAT?). He did the work immediately, has returned several times to check on the equipment and has always been happy to answer all of my questions.I have the utmost confidence in Steve!

Ravi was a very knowledgable and professional worker excellant craftmanship. He explained things and worked so hard. The shower remodel looks great. The problem is that the sales guy Scott told us that we would have a pony wall and then glass that would take it to 7 foot and we were told it would be done in week. Well now we are told that the glass is not included in our contract and we will have to supply that our selves. We were told that my wife changed things. Which she did not . Why would we order a shower remodel without the glass. Make sure you get things in writing and not what the salesman says to get you to sign.

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
