A good solid crew, clearly knowledgeable in all facets of plumbing and problem analysis. Starting the job, the first point done: made a plan and then walked through the house checking the plan against what reality was. The team worked efficiently and VERY cleanly. Walls and ceilings were carefully opened, the cutouts saved to minimize restoration later. As in all re-plumbing jobs, a problem not expected was encountered - they explained where and why a change order would be necessary and kept the additional cost well below what it could have been. Unlike other plumbers, Turner Plumbing restores the walls and ceilings after the job was done.Summary: highly recommended.

Desperately needed septic tank drained after Elsa downpour. Duck Duck did not hesitate to respond immediately and they came out within 30 min! Drained and cleaned tank, cleaned up work area and they were off to the next job. Greatly recommended!

While I understand that everybody is in a slight panic about water and gas, there is absolutely no reason that someone should be screaming at another person who is also trying to get gas. I don't know anything about this company (Crabtree Plumbing) except that I will never use it because at 8:20 this morning this employee was screaming at the top of his lungs that he was going to get out of the car and punch another person who was trying to get gas at an absolutely packed gas station. There is no need for this kind of behavior — we're all stressed, worried and doing our best.

We had hard water build up in our solar water tank. My husband called them yesterday and they came out today. The Sunshine State Plumber found the buildup, cleaned the pipe and got us on our way to full running hot water in no time at all. He was fast and we got a good price. The plumber that came out was Nice ,.. I was told they were coming out the same day(Monday) they came the following day. My problem had started since Saturday ,. So I was frustrated by then.

They actually answer the phones the majority of the time unlike some plumbing businesses who never answer and have all calls go to voicemail. Also, they don't bill a service charge in addition to their hourly rate. This is why I'll stick with Nolan Plumbing. Thank you Roz for being friendly, professional, and following up whenever necessary.
