Update, the Manager called me and said the technician made an error with the invoice. So $281 was credited back. Still a bit much, but it was better than before.I have used them for my plumbing needs for years. So, they were to call me with a quote before unclogging a drain. So after they unclogged the drain, they call to tell me they have to replace the toilet flange and reseal the toilet because they have too, since I can say they cause flooding if something happens. They proceeded to tell me the total cost will be $1025 but they will give me a discount to bring the bill to $975. I am still in dismiss belief over their slummy business practices. Was the company sold? Time for a new plumbing Company

I had a fairly small job ... leaking valve in the master shower and an improperly installed handle from a different company. Called RRP John came out quickly and did a great job at a fair price ... I was so happy with their work that I asked them to replace my hot water heater. They scheduled the work within 4 hours, this time Mike took care of it and again the price and quality exceeded my expectations. Use these guys, they are great at their craft.

I called them in the morning and left a message but they didn't bother to call back. So I don't understand how they offer 24 hour emergency service if they don't answer the phone or return calls. Oh well.

Fixed leaks in my wall fast ?

I had a pipe spring a leak at the worst possible time.....late at night. I put in three calls to other plumbers and Nolan had the pipe fixed before any of the other plumbers even called! They were friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
