Outdoor sprinkler burst due to freeze, water was gushing into the air and elder homeowner did not know how or where to shut olit off. The service men were so very polite and right away they went into action and had the flooding stopped right away. The plumber was called to fix a leaking front faucet and water main. He did an outstanding job. JEA had to come out to do their side of the work but Roto plumber did everything else. The price was more than fair and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks ROTO! ? Happy Customer.

I had a fairly small job ... leaking valve in the master shower and an improperly installed handle from a different company. Called RRP John came out quickly and did a great job at a fair price ... I was so happy with their work that I asked them to replace my hot water heater. They scheduled the work within 4 hours, this time Mike took care of it and again the price and quality exceeded my expectations. Use these guys, they are great at their craft.

Steve was great. I broke an outside bib on the house. It was 6:45pm. Steve was here within an hour and fixed within another hour. He rocked. Thanks sir. ❤️

Lettow plumbing is absolutely fantastic. They did a complete overhaul of the drainage in our home and I could not be more thankful for their hard work and absolute professionalism end to end.After 5 different plumbing companies (one of which damaged my kitchen flooring) Chris and his team were the only ones who were able to correctly diagnose and repair the problem. The plumbing in our entire home is now repaired and working again after almost two years of chasing issues.What I like best about their team is they are the only plumbing company I have interacted with that gave me a positive impression from the start. They had nice new trucks, the team was uniformed and they were all nice, polite, and highly skilled. I was having having an issue with my shower leaking from the upstairs bathroom. I tried doing some stuff as suggested by a neighbor with the same issue and ended up damaging a little of the shower drain. So i called in a professional. Dave came in and looked at it. he did acknowledge that I messed up the drain base. He gave me 2 options. he said he could fix it for $500.00 or i could replace the shower for $3500.00. Obviously i chose the first option. He told me what he would do to fix it.so a few weeks passed and I scheduled for him to come out and fix it. I was at work and my wife was at home. He does the work and then before he hands her an invoice he proceeds to tell my wife that he cant guarantee the work and that it could technically leak again tomorrow. and he isnt responsible. Then hands her an invoice for 500.00 bucks and wrote on there that there is no warranty and that he cant guarantee his work because of the condition of the shower. my wife was not happy. She said why did you even bother fixing it then? She said a few other things, but basically his response was that your husband knew of the options and he kept going on and on that I damaged the shower drain.Thats fine and dandy, yes i did damage the drain and yes he did go over my options with me. Not one time..I repeat..not one time in any of our conversations did he tell me that it could possibly leak the next day nor did he tell me that he couldn't guarantee any of the work. He simply said he would fix it. I called him and said the same thing. he basically just kept saying i knew the options and I chose to fix it. Who in their right mind would pay $500.00 dollars to fix something that may only last a day?? he said its possible it could last a while. but then its possible it could leak again the same day. He knew i was furious with him. he later had someone call me to pay the invoice. I told her I was very unhappy. She just apologized for the confusion. but she wanted that 500.00 dollars. So as I am a man of my word, i went ahead and paid. I even emailed him a response telling him I was going to leave him a negative review but possibly giving a chance for a resolve. He never even responded to me. Collected my money and that was that.I feel he was dishonest. Why did he not tell me that it could leak the same day and he couldn't guarantee his work? Why wait until he was completely done with the job? had he told me that, i would of said no thanks to the fix and just saved up to replace the shower. I feel like i just threw $500.00 dollars away. That is no way to treat a customer. i hope it was worth it for him. he lost a customer and got himself a bad review. Im sure he will respond and say he told me my options. Guess he picks and chooses what to tell you. I will not do business with this guy again.Very unhappy!!Chad Smith

Gavin does great work. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He even drove me to pick out parts, because I couldn’t drive due to an injury. He is very polite and cleans up after the job. I will always use Top of the Line Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

Having work from Mr Miller and saw all the things that he did to help me as a single parent under his employment. Give me the opportunity over time to go into business for myself. I called around and got 5 estimates for my repipe. I decided to go with Aldridge and Sons, I'm glad I did the two guys that came out Matt and James were wonderful. Who doesn't like great service! These guys were very professional and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. At the end of the day I never had to ask what's next, when are you going install......Matt kept me informed. I will be calling back, I'm sticking with this company.

Needed replacement of pipe leading from house to septic. Sounds easy, but the pipe ran through the middle of a very thick long hedge, and we were afraid the plumber would butcher the shrubs. Eagerton gave us the lowest price and gently disturbed only one shrub to get the job done. Cleaned up so well, you can't tell they were even here. Very pleased.

Drains were backing up. They unclogged it and put in time/effort to find the problem. Then they explained it very well. Would recommend. Alex was very helpful. Gerald was super knowledgeable and did a great job.

Our kitchen sink was seriously clogged. We tried everything including renting a commercial snake from home depot and poured down all sorts of caustic chemicals. Nothing worked so we decided to call Fenwick. Best decision ever. They came the same day and Dylan worked on our issue for a good solid 5 hours. Fixed it!!! Very professional and extremely reasonable price. Will go back to Fenwick without hesitation. Thank you
