Best Pump Installation in Jacksonville FL

Been with David Gray for 3 years. Last fall we cleared an unclogged drain. Same drain 1 year later and the price just went up over 100% including 49 bucks for just showing up. 49 dollars just to be told the job is now OVER double the price. Unconscionable to say the least. I will NOT be using David Gray for ANY job ever again going forward. Very Casual Way to get rid of their customers. No Plumbing job is worth 100% more weekends included. 5 minute job doubling in price is an insult and a sound RIP-OFF.. The Very Casual approach to sticking it to the customer is the deal breaker.

I was quoted replacement of fill and flash valve. Final bill was way more: uninstall toilet to replace valves! New supply line? Was all this necessary? I have another Duravit toilet and it has a normal flash valve costing less than $30 at Home depot. If informed properly, I could have replaced that toilet for less than the invoiced parts and labor. I would appreciate a feed back, this is just not right... I mentioned it was a RENTAL property!

This business was very responsive and professional which is such a rare trait in plumbing these days. Shout out to David for replacing my water heater in my time of need! He was in constant communication with me on every step he was doing and was entertaining while doing it. This is my new go to place for any plumbing needs!

I was told by another company that I need all my pipes replaced. Called Lettow or a quote. John came out to check my pipes and water pressure. Turns out everything was replaced before I brought the house. He could have taken advantage of me put didn't. I will be using Lettow for all my plumbing needs.

The gentleman was very professional and respectful. He was also very knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the problem he helped and gave advice on how to keep it from happening again. I would definitely recommend.

I do things myself and I was trying to remove a Moen cartridge in my tub and it broke. I called about 6 companies and they either didn't have availability or I didn't feel comfortable inviting them over. I called David and he gave me a fair quote, arrived in about 15 minutes after my call and had my faucet fixed in about 45 minutes. He was willing to continue from where I left off where the cartridge broke. Thank you DWV Plumbing and you have earned my business.

Gavin is great. Clean, experienced and professional..but seriously he unclogged what 2 other Companies couldn't. I heard solutions from jackhammering my tile floor removing kitchen cabinets, to building a new laundry room elsewhere on the property!!. This one Company spent several hours to tell me this. Top of the line not only figured out its just the P trap at the laundy line IN GARAGE!, but Gavin got everything flowing fine in an hour. Then we were able to get proper 2 hr repair scheduled a few days later. Thanksgiving was spent without a working kitchen sink from me making the wrong call.. Top of the Line gets my first call every-time!!Thanks again Gavin your the man!

I had an incident with a driver recently I called and made a report, and the area supervisor did a fantastic job of following up with the call, ensuring the driver would be spoken to. He was very courteous, respectful of my time and the situation. I appreciate his speedy response and reassurance into this not happening to me or anyone else.

After 2 hours plunging a toilet they decided they had to replace it. Took out the old one and dropped it in my tub, which is now cracked and needs to be replaced as well. Do not recommend this company at all.
