Everyone was very pleasant from the office staff Sarah to the plumbers Eric and Nick. They replaced the drainage pipe under the house leading from the kitchen sink. I am so happy to have a kitchen sink again.

Extremely helpful, prompt service, and superb professionalism. The guys with Duck Duck Rooter saved the day when our family was experiencing a septic headache. They are family oriented company that seems to value doing right by their customers. When other companies weren’t willing to work with our situation, Duck Duck Rooter stepped up and helped us out, and for that we are grateful! You have our company for life!

I called David for an estimate on a cast iron drain replacement and he came out the next morning. The next day the work was done in 3 1/2 hours on the low side of his estimate. This guy is good.He was prompt, courteous, and he even swept up the floor afterwards. The interaction of the guys there was respectful and professional. It is obvious that David and his guys practice what they claim on their website. These are not just words to these men, they are a class example for the trade and one to be emulated. Need a plumber, call THEM.

Left a message for emergency service they said it would be time and a half for the service. I agreed to pay that charge. They finally called back saying there was no way they would be able to get here today. All they did was hold me up from finding somebody that could come fix my problem. I would never recommend or use the service.

Woody came through today and got my sonk taken care of quickly and professionally. Cracked some pretty good jokes too. 10/10

Editing my original review: First time they came out it was a great experience and a great price. Unfortunately, the second visit (for something different) was a very different experience. It was for a small clog that turned into a big problem, which certainly happens, but the tech wasn’t sure how to fix it, so he had to call his boss (who was in a meeting). When the tech got ahold of his boss a while later, he wondered around my property chatting on the phone, then cleaned up and left without telling me the cost or options. I got charged for the time he spent trying to figure out his job and for that time on the call. If a tech doesn’t know how to do a job, I’d suggest he leave so I’m not charged extra for a how-to-do-my-job 30 minute call.

Technician arrived promptly and finished the job in a timely fashion and was very professional throughout!

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

I purchased a new AC (interior air handler and exterior compressor/condenser) from Snyder approx. 5 yrs ago. 5 yrs is an average lifespan of an exterior unit for us, as we live close to the ocean. I had a conversation with the Snyder rep specifically about the best option to save money and extend the life of the exterior unit due to the salt exposure it received. While onsite, the Snyder sales rep informed me most of the major MNFRs we no longer honoring their parts warranty if the unit was within close proximity of the ocean. He did state that Daikin offered a 12 yr parts warranty and Daikin did not alter their warranty based off proximity to the ocean. He stated they could just pull the parts and Daiken would replace them with no questions asked. He also recommended I purchase the 12 yr. extended labor warranty through Daikin/Asure, which I did for $1,290. He also recommended annual cleaning ($73 - $89/visit) and indicated that it would be easier to justify a claim if they could show I was routinely having the unit cleaned/maintained. I paid for this annually as well. 5 yrs after purchasing, the exterior unit failed, which was no surprise. I expected a replacement (unit and install) at no charge, but Snyder informed me that Daikin’s warranty did not cover corrosion. This came as a shock to me as I specifically discussed this with Snyder as my primary concern. In addition, the 12 yr extended warranty would end once the original unit was removed, as the warranty is only valid for the original unit purchased, and does not transfer to a replacement unit. I was extremely disappointed and really felt mislead at this point. After speaking with a Snyder Mgr, the best option they could offer was a new unit at a price that was $80 lower than the competition. Although upset, I purchased the unit from them thinking I didn’t have any other desirable options. The install was scheduled for 9:45am and the tech did not arrive until 2:15pm. While removing the unit, I noticed a pile of metal fins behind my plants that had obviously been hidden and left by the service techs who had previously cleaned my unit. The installer also left an abundant amount of rusted metal and aluminum fins in my neighbor’s yard, my yard, and in the street. I’ve been cleaning that up last night and this morning. Attached photos should show the debris I’ve cleaned up thus far.

I will always think having had a lead to work with this company was a gift, specially while going through a family loss. We needed to have the whole septic system repaired, after explaining my situation, Mr. Gutscher provided a fair quote for the job, when talking to him you could just tell he knows what he is doing and what all is needed.He worked with Wyatt for the actual job and both of them were very thorough and patient, they provided information and answered all my questions throughout the installation of new septic system, and added repairs, they addressed concerns and followed through ensuring I was satisfied with the job and followed through until final inspection was approved and issued. I highly recommend working with CCMP.
