The last 2 jobs I had from Rolland Reash were nightmares to deal with. 2 years ago we had the plumber come out to fix a line behind the fridge only to have a leak gushing out, costing us alot of money and time to replace our floors in the kitchen area.The first 3 pictures are the old plumbing and the last 2 pictures are how roll and Reash installed them.6 months ago we decided to try again assuming this was a fluke. Plumber assembled everything together and as he explained how he assembled the shower lines, the pipe busted and splashed water everywhere. Within 30 seconds of running water spilling out this damage our new drywall panels, our new laminate floor we just installed in this area days before this incident, and damages are now showing up in our shower floor. Because of this they didn't charge us for the install and had someone come redo the floor. We bought the supplies and they installed the floors. Unfortunately I can't come to terms with how they handle these situations and for that we now have Tactical Plumbing coming through for us. These pics are the before and after of what the pipe looked like and where it broke off.

I called them in the morning and left a message but they didn't bother to call back. So I don't understand how they offer 24 hour emergency service if they don't answer the phone or return calls. Oh well.

I called to get a price quote and possibly use their service. The lady on the phone answered is very rude and nasty!! I was telling her my problem and she asked, when did this start happening. The truth?What would be the point of me lying about when the issue started. Why would that be a question to ask a potential customer. O was offended and disgusted with the lack of customer service. I will never use this company!

I have used Gavin and Steven for various projects on my house. They have done work involving repairing a broken pipe, installing an outdoor shower/relocating lines for my summer kitchen, installing a tankless water heater, and now helping me with some pool issues. I couldn’t be happier with all the work they have done. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, are professional, and provide great value for their price. Other contractors I have used have commented on the quality work that they do. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work you need whether it’s a simple repair or something more complex.

Charged me $1200 to replace a water pump. Used a larger and more expensive pump than needed also charged time to drive around picking up an apprentice. I complain so they knocked off $200.

They were very professional and did amazing work. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I contacted them very first thing in the morning with water over flowing and they sent a tech out right away. I had just purchased the house a week before and they found collapsed piping in the front yard. Did a complete pipe in the front yard the same day. I will always use Justin The Plumber for all my plumbing needs.

Promised that he will install, but after removing the old one, they didn't know what they were doing, got lost. and we were charged for their unknown knowledge in installation. it was a joke.

I have a been trying to get my tub fixed for 3 WEEKS NOW AND NO ONE HAS FIXED IT! The plumber came out and told me I needed a piece and guess what 2 DAY LATER...NOTHING! I've 200k on new home with a leak and I closed on this home on 11/30/18. What is going on with this establishment?

Used this company one other time in the past. In the past they were great. Fast responses and got to my house in a timely manner and fixed my issues fast. However, it seems this company has gone downhill since. I originally reached out on Tuesday morning to have a shower valve installed in my home. I was told to send over pictures and that after talking to the team, they would let me know if the project could be accomplished. I was told Wednesday morning that it was definitely doable and that I would receive a quote “very soon”. Then I was was told the quote would be later that day or early the next day (Thursday). Well now coming up on Friday afternoon, no quote still. I don’t see how it can take 4 days to come up with a quote for a simple job. I connected two other companies and they were able to give me a quote within a hour of seeing the photos of what I needed done. I suggest using another company if you would like things done fast.

Someone from this company stole an orange fan from me. When I called the company they made it clear that I was just out of luck, basically took me for a joke, because their guys denied it but yet they were the last people in the house. I wouldn’t call them if my home was flooded knowing the thieves who work there have no honor and obviously neither does their front office. If you do happen to let them do a service watch them because one of their crews are thieves.

Great company to have doing your plumbing repairs and/or leak detection. The owner is as friendly as he is professional and knows his stuff when it comes to plumbing. I can not recommend them enough if you have any plumbing issues that you need handled.
