Best Plumbing Problem in Jacksonville FL

The Plumber himself did an amazing job. However, the adminstrative process and management was a problem that caused 3 attempts to get the job completed. Also, the prices were well over the top. Also, just so all people know, when you have an issue that may be related to the sewer, always call the city first. It is free to have them come and assure it is not a city issue. Mine was and Roto Rooter charged $490.00 to tell me that. The city would have been free.

Gerald was awesome. He was able to come out 20 mins after I called and help with what I needed. Price was very reasonable and he did a great job. I'll be using him again if I run into any plumbing issues. Highly recommend him.

We’ve used Harry Hayes for a few large jobs including re piping and new bathrooms and kitchens at rentals. They do a very nice job. Highly recommend.

I got several estimates for a re-piping job before I decided on Roland Reash Plumbing. They gave a very competitive quote and the experience turned out to be very positive. Fadi and John did the work while I worked from home and had great communication and managed to take care of an additional leak discovered behind the wall. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

Very nice understanding company. We had a situation where they had started the job then because of covid months passed before they could finish. They never asked for any money and kept checking in to see how things were going. When they got the green light they worked us in within 2 days. Neat and clean workers who did a great job!

Great company. Called due to having a ac issue. Wouldn't turn on.tech came out to the house very quickly. Found a bad capacitor in my unit. Tech replaced the capacitor in fifteen minutes. Fixing the issue.Tech also put gauge e my unit and found I was a little bit low of freon. So he added some, said it was only a couple ounces. Tech explained that the unit was probably low since it was installed years ago by a different company. tech explained the farther from my AC go furnace means you might need to add freon because the factory charge isn't big enough.Tech was very knowledgeable, and explained things so a homeowner could understand.Tech even took a look at my furnace since he was already here on a service call. Tech recommend I change my filter. And gave me some advice on how to clean the little water pump with a splash of bleach. I didn't even know that there was a water pump attached to the furnace.Tech explained it was for water created by air-conditioning.Wish I remembered techs name, but was super informative and went the extra mile when he diagnosed and fixed original issue in minutes. The spent half a hour explaining the situation and gave me some advice to maintain everything.Great company

These guys really know what they are doing. They were on time very professional and kept me informed of everything that they were doing. The job that they did for me turned out to be quite a bit more involved than it was first thought to be but we were able to work out the details and they did the job for me at a very affordable price. (Relocate and install a new water heater). They were all very courteous and unlike other contractors I have dealt with kept the work area very clean and took the time to pay attention to even the smallest of details. Gavin even addressed another issue that I was having with my water pressure and was able to take care of it for me while completing the task at they were there to do ( Bonus for me). I would highly recommend TOP OF ThE LINE PLUMBING for any of your plumbing needs. And as always, remember you get what you pay for. I did find some other lower priced contractors but they wanted to use off name brand equipment and were not going to give me the same warranty could not work on my schedule and I doubt I would have been any where near as satisfied with the quality of workmanship I received from Gavin and his guys.

Had to call back two more times in same day after scheduled appointment to have same plumbers come back and fix things they did not make sure where good and not leaking initial time. Still having issues and called after hours service to have someone come out and fix, get no call back. Now have to pay another plumbing company to fix their screw up. Will never use this company again. Definitely unreliable and inexperienced plumber's.

The pressure tank on my system was leaking and they were able to get a new tank installed the same day! Lonnie installed it and did a great job!

I cannot say enough good things about Hall and Sons!!! At first when I told them what was wrong, I was really worried that they weren't going to be able to fix the problem. They were so honest and they told me up front that it could turn into a really extensive demo job that would involve a good amount of time and money. However, they recognize my financial situation and assured me they would do everything they could to fix it. I was completely astonished at the outcome; they did such a beautiful job repairing my shower faucet! I couldn't believe they were able to do it... It was a rusted mess! They did the job quickly and efficiently with a smile. Gary was so fun to talk to and you can tell that him and his staff are truly family and they love what they do. I'm thankful to know that I've found my forever plumbers!!!

I received the dreaded notification from JEA saying I had a slab leak. Called Jacob to come take a look see. He immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple no BS options. Copper pipping just doesn’t do that great sometimes after being fixed so I bit the bullet and went with a full home re-plumb to pex so I wouldn’t have to worry about another slab leak. It also allowed for a discounted rate on my homeowners insurance. Jacob was rather busy at the time but he squeezed me in to get our water back on. In the process we threw a curve ball decided to upgrade hot water tank to a tankless model, he recommended several good options and had it installed with no hassle. Great service, even better person and definitely recommend him to anyone that will listen.

This plumber did a great job cleaning my drain and charged a fair price. I would call them again if I needed their services.
