Service from technicians is still exemplary at Terry Vereen, but initial reception needs improvement. I spoke with Erica in the front office to book an appointment for a minor issue with my faucet and toilet. She neglected to inform me of new, more expensive labor rates. I also asked a time range to expect the tech. She expressed that the 1-3 time window was open.On the day of service at 2pm, I was called and asked again what services needed to be performed. I called to speak with, Kelly, the front office manager the next day and she let me know that she would speak with her front office team regarding these concerns. I was thankful that the technician accepted my 15% off coupon at the time of service, but when I spoke with Kelly, I wasn’t offered any incentive to remain a customer of Terry Vereen after several years of loyalty.

Very happy with Aldridge & Sons. Once agreed on an estimated price, they scheduled promptly, arrived on time, good attitude, and quality job. They installed a new toilet and replaced a hose bib outside. Price seemed very fair to me. Would highly recommend.

I had a nightmare of a job that needed to be done. I found Zef and his team, and I am so grateful I did. They sent out Jason— let me tell you— he was the real deal. He was totally committed to getting the job done right, and he was always there to answer my questions and keep me in the loop.This job was no picnic. They had to work around a crawl space that most wouldn't even think about going into. But Jason and his helper, Ridi, were absolute troopers. They were respectful, they worked hard, and they got the job done. I was blown away by their expertise and work ethic. Hire these guys and ask for Jason.

I worked there for 2 years. Hired on as a helper and was promised after a year I’d get a promotion. Not only did I not get the promotion, my trainer did not train me properly. They stuck me with a garbage technician who flooded people’s houses out like he was a walking tsunami.Management does not care about you. Management cares more about what time they get home not you. Sure the hours are long, but they complain when you take your PTO.Expect your paychecks to be short too. Not only will they not get your paycheck right, but when they correct it they’ll tax it too.Yearly reviews are also garbage. They’ll grade you on everything; call backs, non warranties, how much damage you’ve done to a customer’s home. It isn’t bad that they review it with you, but some will effect you negatively on your closing rate if all you did was assist a technician and you didn’t sell it.I’m extremely upset regarding how they went about hiring me and training me. Extremely unprofessional and service calls are extremely slow. They were hiring way too many people when there wasn’t any work to be done. Some technicians even complained because they weren’t getting their 40 hours. The place is a train yard with more wrecked than salvageable. STAY AWAY.

We have used Griffin several times recently. In every occasion, they've come when promised, been very straight forward with pricing & the options we had. Installs & repairs both done well. All our service professionals were courteous, knowledgeable & left no trace. Will use again.

Tracey called ahead and was exactly on time. He was very professional and I immediately felt confident that he would do a good job. The toilet was one-piece, very heavy and rather large for the location to be placed. It also needed a new shut-off valve. He took special care to do everything right, even though he had to place the toilet in a tight space and lift it all by himself. He did a perfectionist's job and could not have been more courteous.

I located Monument Plumbing on Craigslist as I needed to replace 2 toilets and install new kitchen faucet. You never know what to expect hiring someone this way, however Andy exceeded my expectations in all ways. Arrived on time, was really efficient and professional, did high quality work for a fair price. I will definitely use him next time and would strongly recommend him.

After having a nightmare experience with 2 other companies no showing and canceling appointments at the last second, we called Donovan. They came out on a Monday, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and fixed my AC unit on Tuesday. We had been without AC for 6 days. Great service, highly recommend!

They called at 3:30 to tell me they needed to reschedule my 1-4 time slot and that they didn’t even have the parts to do the job. Very disappointing since I had given them my toilet’s manufacturer a week prior, yet they just realized they didn’t have the parts right before they were supposed to be at my house.

I met with Shane who provided information on differences between old and new A/C technology. I was so impressed with his knowledge but even more with his honesty and down to earth person. They had exactly what I was looking for, Honesty, reasonable price, and warranty. They even came by on a SUNDAY! To provide us with a portable a/c unit to use until the new units were installed. With the 90+ heat, I was so impressed. Mike and Jordan are true professionals, customer oriented and honest. It was just amazing. Our toilet broke and would not flush. Best Jacksonville Plumbers helped us with it, and they were cheap compared to the other plumbers. Will use them again if we have another plumbing issue.
