He also came to our home an hour before the call center said to expect him & completed the job quickly. Which we REALLY appreciated, because we were still able to go to church. This man deserves a raise or a leadership position!

In 2014, I had a slab leak under my kitchen tile. I was advised that re-pipe would be more cost effective than tearing up and replacing the tile to find and repair the leak. I called Rolland Reash plumbing, and the owner himself came out, met me, and gave me his professional and reasonable estimate. Out of the 2 or 3 estimates that I got, I chose him and his company to be my plumbers, and I'm so glad that I did. The repair was handled promptly and expertly. He even sent his son to handle the minor carpentry and painting part of the job that usually isn't handled by plumbers, for a small, nominal extra fee. Since then, I have had a slow drain, and a problem with a kitchen faucet needing to be installed by a licensed plumber, and their level of service consistently blows me away. They have come to my rescue at least 3 times now; like knights in shining armor. According to my experience with this company, there is absolutely no need to ever call anyone else. There is no comparison to their low and reasonable prices, and their above and beyond level of customer service places them beyond compare, which has made them my go to plumbers for life!

Called at 9:30 pm after discovering that our hall toilet was overflowing onto hardwood floors. Technician arrived at 10:30 and quickly assessed the situation. He recommended removing the toilet and snaking the drain. It was expensive, but worth every penny. Ross was professional and took his time resolving our issue. We were very impressed! Great customer service!

If you want a professional quality plumbing repair then Top of the Line Plumbing is the place to call. Our waste drain line in our ceiling broke and let the water from the upstairs laundry and bath pour out into the ceiling. I called late on Monday night and got a voicemail and I placed a request for a service call. I was called back after hours to make sure it wasn't an emergency and they scheduled a service call to come out the next morning. They showed up on time and quickly found the issue and provided an estimate. I approved the estimate and scheduled the repair for Thursday. Gavin, Ryan and Chris showed up on time and quickly went to work. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after the repair and tested the system before they left. They did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Our AC unit went out about a week before Christmas. The 1st company we called quoted $30,000. We needed a new electrical panel and a new AC unit and he tried to use scare tactics to sign a contract before the new year. A friend with rental properties gave us Christian Brothers name and I called them. I found Jonny to be knowledgeable, and so concerned about us as it was Thurs. before Christmas and the weather was expected to drop to the 20's. As soon as they were back in office, we got together and received a quote SIGNIFICANTLY lower @ $6,000 for a new unit and an appt. to have a look at the panel. Shane was professional and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions and give us a roundabout quote on the spot, and ended up @ $3,000. I knew the other quote was a ripoff, but was amazed and pretty angry at what they had tried. Meanwhile, Matt and Terry arrived promptly, and spent an entire day going far above and beyond. Our house built in the 40's and in need of quite a lot of repair. I can't even tell you how impressed I was at this point, by Brittny, Hanna, and those 3 young men so far. Matt and Terry were a pleasure to spend the day with and were humbly trying to tell me this was all in a days work. Ha! I definitely knew better. Before the panel went in, We had a minor issue with the unit and James stopped by after a long day and fixed it right up. He was efficient, knowledgeable and also very good at his job. At risk of sounding like a broken record, he was a pleasure to deal with as well. Again, the next day, Bobby and Nick showed up in a timely manner and also went above and beyond replacing an electrical panel from the 40's, having to cut through plaster, which is no mean feat. They even put up with my bored self with no electricity, standing around and inserting myself into their day. Lol I'm sure none of this could have happened were it not for John, who sets the prices and does the training of the crews or Ms. Dana who runs the office and no doubt her fingerprints are all over that amazing office she runs. Anyway, long story longer, I HIGHLY recommend calling them for any of your AC, electrical, and (I have no doubt) plumbing needs. This company is EXCEPTIONAL. Honest, hardworking, and dependable. Ran off the road in a school zone by a pipe right plumber. And then proceeds to give me and my kids the middle finger. Refused to pull over and discuss the issue. Will be looking for said driver At the office!

They not only came out today, they came out earlier than expected and finished in amazing time!The gentleman who performed the service was very professional and was extremely polite! Super nice place! Good parking and clean bathrooms. One employee there is probably the absolute most beautiful man I have ever seen in a mirror. If you happen to go there and he's there, lucky you! It's also a pretty nice place to work, if you're good enough.

I received the dreaded notification from JEA saying I had a slab leak. Called Jacob to come take a look see. He immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple no BS options. Copper pipping just doesn’t do that great sometimes after being fixed so I bit the bullet and went with a full home re-plumb to pex so I wouldn’t have to worry about another slab leak. It also allowed for a discounted rate on my homeowners insurance. Jacob was rather busy at the time but he squeezed me in to get our water back on. In the process we threw a curve ball decided to upgrade hot water tank to a tankless model, he recommended several good options and had it installed with no hassle. Great service, even better person and definitely recommend him to anyone that will listen.

We had a new dishwasher installed and the old one removed. The plumber was very skilled, thorough and quick. We also had a water valve replaced behind our fridge and the tech went the extra mile to be sure the new valve didn't leak. The original quote the tech gave us of $250 did not change even though he had to run for a part.

We used this company for some plumbling issues we were having. They were quick to respond and send someone out. I am very happy with the services provided and they were very fair in the price and even came down after some confusion on the bill. They were extremely polite the entire process and I am impressed with the entire staff all the way from the plumber to the receptionist on the phone. I reccommend them!

VERY fast service and a good price. Only issue is that they were unable to correctly diagnose my issue correctly which was slightly frustrating.

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies.
