I had a fairly small job ... leaking valve in the master shower and an improperly installed handle from a different company. Called RRP John came out quickly and did a great job at a fair price ... I was so happy with their work that I asked them to replace my hot water heater. They scheduled the work within 4 hours, this time Mike took care of it and again the price and quality exceeded my expectations. Use these guys, they are great at their craft.

These people are amazing they go above and beyond. Very professional came out the next day if you have any plumbing issues use this company you will not be disappointed.

Gavin and Top of The Line Plumbing are top notch plumbers. Gavin was very easy to get in contact with and answered my many many questions. He hydro-jetted my line and is scheduled to de-scale the cast iron sewer piping system at my home. As a former building contractor he was impressive at all aspects of his profession. I contacted Superior Plumbing and had someone come to my space same day to check it out and had a quote the very next day. Even started that next Monday. I had a scheduled appointment with Christian Brothers for them to fix my master bedroom toilet. They were suppose to give me a courtesy call before they came to let me know they were in route. I personally told the dispatcher Hailey this and she told me that she will give the technician the message. On the day of my appointment they didn't call and left a door hanger on my door to reschedule. They charged me a no show fee. I was reschedule for another day they came out and they did nothing my toilet is still not functioning and operating. However they was quick to charge the fee and didn't even fix my issue SMH. Choose somebody else don't waste your time or money. On top of that the dispatcher was rude to the technician talking to him wreckless. Keep in mind Christian Brothers you are in business because people need their plumbing fix you all are not the only plumbing company out here. The name stands for nothing, nothing Christian about this company. Morals and Values all jacked up. I would give you 0 stars if I could. Asked to speak to management which was Chrissy. She didn't provide no assistance and no help.

I called to have my sink unclogged and they were out that same afternoon. They had my sink unclogged in a matter of minutes and also replaced the hose access point on the outside of my house. Would use them again!!!!!

CCMP just replaced my entire septic system at my 65 year old house. It was time! I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the materials that they used and the quality of the work! Harold and Dennis did an amazing job of tying in the new system, disabling and filling in the old tank, and getting me up and running again with almost no downtime. I went into this worried that it was going to be traumatic and extremely expensive. Not only did they price the job under what I was expecting, Harold took the time to explain to me every step of the way what was going on and how everything worked. No trauma. No surprises. This was a very positive experience for me and I am completely happy to have this job done efficiently and correctly. Thank you!!!

Very unorganized! I was just trying to schedule a home remodel estimate and the front office had no idea what I was talking about. Not to mention of the previous reviews 2 had the same last name... makes me think it was family that was helping boost reviews.

Run!!!! If you're thinking of hiring this company!! We hired them and the damages and mess they left behind was TERRIBLE!!! The Owner will not admit to fault nor reimburse us for the damages they've done. The tech that came out to do the work brought a helper with him. And the mess they made was horrible. The helper even admired my home yet he disrespected it by damaging door frames, leaving some kind of marks on my blinds, doors and walls. That will not come off!! They even left a dirty hand print! Wanna bet if I had one of them place their hand on it, it would match! And I had just painted that room! One of the marks the helper made on the door frame we all know he did!!! Me, my husband and both employees saw him bang into the wall with the bottom of the machine!! The tech even told him to be more careful and the Owner still says it's not his responsibility. They also didn't cut down the bolts on 2 toilets, so they sent the same tech back out, had him cut them down and put the caps on. He also took pictures with his cell phone to show the Owner because that's what the Owner wanted and the Owner still says it's not his responsibility. When the tech came out he asked us not to hold this against the company. The tech also said that now he could fire his helper because he was tired of him damaging things. The helper is suppose to look around and clean up and the tech admitted that he didn't look over the job to make sure nothing was ruined. Again, not the Owners responsibility!! I will NEVER deal with this company again and I will make sure my friends don't use them either. They were recommended to us by another plumber we've used, his number is getting trashed too!! Next time Roto Rooter will be used. Also, I was a bit surprised when this company only accepted CASH or CHECK, hmmm!

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
