Best Pipe Inspections in Jacksonville FL

The dishwasher in my new house was hooked up to the drain pipe incorrectly and the sink drain was set up very haphazardly by the previous owners. Turner was able to get me an appointment quickly, arrived on time, and fixed my issues within the first hour. Super friendly staff and happy to answer questions.

He made it out on the same day, quickly identified the issue, and had everything fixed in under an hour. The visit was a little pricey and I would consider dropping down to 4-stars but I think a little extra is worth the convenience and quality.

Very pleased with the quality of work from their plumber, Billy. Had a problem with misaligned pipes. He was very knowledgeable and used his time wisely when attacking the problem. I did not feel over charged. He kept a clean working area which was impressive given all the sawing into the wall that was required to fix the pipes. Definitely worth putting your trust into!

My water heater died over the weekend and I called these guys they came out, explained all my options and had a new one installed on Monday for a reasonable price & it’s working great! Thanks so much!

Called and immediately got someone to answer on a Sunday. They had someone out to me within an hour. Repairman was professional and efficient. Will use again in the near future.

Absolute mess of a company. Not sure who between AHS and this company are lying..but a simple garbage disposal issue is not been fixed since a month. Just like other reviews, Warranty company and this company blame each other for not having proper communication.All hours plumbing claim that they submitted a report to AHS and waiting for their approval. But AHS claim they have not received any report from 'All hours'. I made AHS send out an escalation call to 'all hours' - 4 times in the last 1 week..but not resolution yet.I have used AHS for 9-10 service calls so far across multiple properties, but never faced this issue. So I can say that all this mess is because of a 'All Hours' messing up the contract.

The management company had them come and rebuild the tank of a toilet at an office building I own. They charged 470 dollars to rebuild the guts of a toilet. They are more than double what the price should of been and they take advantage of people. I would never use them again!

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.
