We used Turner Plumbing after several recommendations and after we saw their trucks numerous times throughout the neighborhood. I wish we had glowing reviews like others did. To be clear, we were very happy with the work done and the technicians who completed it. My gripes are with the customer service, at unfortunately every single point in our interaction which marred our whole perception of the experience.First, we had the estimate with Mr. Turner for, primarily, replacement of cast iron piping underneath our house (along with small other plumbing concerns). We had a list on paper prepared with the 4 items we wanted addressed. The entirety of the encounter was <10 minutes. He never went under the home to inspect the piping in question. He didn't ask any clarifying information or double check to be sure he understood what our concerns were. I attributed the brevity to his expertise and assumed that he understood everything without needing more than the short time he was there.We received the estimate, however I noticed that it was missing one of the small projects we had wanted completed. I called to ensure it was going to be included in the proposal before signing it. When I called I was told I would receive a call back. When I didn't over the next 2 days, I suspected email was probably easiest, and just emailed my question. I, again, did not receive a response after a couple days and thus called again. The woman I spoke with seemed impatient and annoyed that I was so persistent and stated she was waiting on Mr. Turner to get back to her about the question. I would have been satisfied with a simple email back saying they needed more time instead of silence. Regardless, she then insisted, unprompted, that Mr. Turner spent 30 MINUTES with my husband and he never mentioned said project. 1) this seems unlikely given we provided a written list with all our requests and 2) I felt uncomfortable with the accusation that we were exaggerating the brevity of the estimate/evaluation, as if it was all our fault. Despite the off-putting interaction, I asked what we could do to add the project - to which she responded that adding it to the list was an easy fix - if so, why was there need for accusation or hostility from them about it in the first place?On the day of service, I had anticipated someone arriving at 8:30AM. I had provided my husband's phone number for them to call on their way since I would not be home. However, at 8:18AM I received a call asking why no one was home (my husband was en route back from dropping child off at school). I said he would be there in less than 5 minutes and the gentleman said that was fine and that he would alert the technicians. When my husband arrived home, again, less than 5 minutes later, no one was there. He called back and the woman was, again, kind of hostile. She first insisted that the time had been scheduled for 'between 8 and 8:30', and that I must have gotten the time wrong (we can't really find any written communication to verify what time was actually discussed). She then told him No one was home. So they're on their way back. He took this to mean, they're on their way back to their headquarters - otherwise, why did they leave our house? He asked if there was another time they could be scheduled or if they could come back the same day, but she kept repeating, with no further explanation They're on their way back! No one was home! Despite her rude, unclear insistence, my husband was apologetic and just trying to figure out what the next steps were. Eventually it was clarified that she meant that they were on their way back *to our home* - (she said to him, I thought you'd be able to understand that!) (again, still with no clear explanation as to why they left at all). It was yet another strangely hostile interaction after the several strangely hostile interactions up to this point.Again, our interactions with the technicians were delightful and easy. From what we can see, the work is good. Just these strange interactions sort of marred the whole process.

They came out to give me a price for re-doing my shower. The guy looks the job over and says it will be $3000. We talked a bit and then, on his way out he says: I'll get a written quote to you for $3500. Price went up $500 in 5 minutes. Then to top it off, even after bugging him twice via text, I never received a written quote. Pitiful.

This company was very responsive which is key when dealing with an HOA. The techs were very knowledgeable and after the repair, they thoroughly checked everything to ensure the problem had been completely fixed. I’m very pleased and will certainly use them again!!

Main water line broke off in our foundation. They had a technician out here sooner than they originally planned. Which was awesome since we didn’t have running water. He was great! Very professional, explained the process in detail, and was done in about an hr! Not to mention quoted us a way better price than what we were expecting! Thank you guys!

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!

This person pulled out in front of us on 200 west nearly causing an accident, no regards to the right away or traffic laws, then actually hoked at us! If this is what type of people they employee beware
