Harry Hayes was one of my highest quotes BUT the vibe I got from everyone ..the professionalism, responsiveness, from every person I came into contact with through out the whole job was so refreshing and stress free. Be very careful when you get a QUOTE because the company that was my lowest price wanted to charge me 350 to come back out again and give me a definite bottom line quote ...I was confused what was the reason for coming out the first time ? Was that the fantasy quote the quote everyone dreams about but doesn't really get?! I'm not wasting my time to find out. Harry hayes called when they said ,showed up when they promised to, I have not one complaint that's hard to find these days they were definitely worth it and will hire again, I had an old sewer line replaced Ryan and Austin were awesome did an incredible job thanks guys ! ?

I had a new shower head installed and a toilet set. I had no complaints on the work completed; however I did feel I was overcharged based on the conversations I had with the Rolland Reach team. I called in and spoke with Kyle and he actually made adjustments on the final invoice. What a wonderful surprise. I would highly recommend this company and I'm grateful to Kyle for listening to me and taking action.

They came out and cleaned my septic tank the day before tropical storm Nicole. No weighting or bracing was done. The next day my septic tank floated out of the ground I call and spoke to both customer service and the owner who assured me we would take care of the problem but would not return any calls after the initial conversation

They came out and repaired our burned out well pump. It was raining and muddy but they soldiered through. They deserve your business because they earned ours.

I had 2 different technicians come out 24 hours apart and the problem still exist paid them over 400$ and still had to call another person who unstopped the toilet from backing up. I’m upset bc I paid for a service and didn’t get what I paid for. The office was only concerned with the issues found that’s causing the problem, but they could have at least come back out and clear the toilet, and let me know that this is all they can do, sometimes that 3rd time is a charm, as I write this, the toilet is flushing after I found a “person “ who doesn’t work for a “company” to fix it. We Seniors always get our money taken and poor service.

I have known Steve for many years & I have to say he is THE most experienced plumber I have ever encountered. He goes above and beyond what one may expect with his knowledge and experience for repairing plumbing issues. His prices are reasonable, including cleanup after completion. I would highly suggest calling him for his service & expertise before calling another only to be disappointed or over priced.

I called Nelson Plumbing to come out and fix a leaking valve. They were not able come out, but recommended another company. It's a measure of good business that even when a company cannot 'fix' your problem, they are still trying to 'solve' your problem.
