This company is a complete joke. They look all professional from the outside but the office is filled with nothing but thieves. Promised my boyfriend and even have proof of texts saying so that after his truck got broken into they would replace all of his tools instead they have been sitting on the check from the insurance and REFUSE to give him any cut of the check to replace the tools that were stolen. Such a disgusting way to run a company ‼️‼️

Stay far away from these two-faced bozos. You can't believe a thing they say. Much better choices exist in Jax. Maybe if you spent more time monitoring your incompetent employees (like Mike) and spent less time ringing your hands over your Google reviews your company would be better off.

I called on Sunday morning and they had someone at my house by 1:30 pm. Our service technician David was very professional and knowledgeable. The work was performed very efficiently and in a timely manner. I would recommend David and Swift Brothers to anyone needing service.

We had hard water build up in our solar water tank. My husband called them yesterday and they came out today. The Sunshine State Plumber found the buildup, cleaned the pipe and got us on our way to full running hot water in no time at all. He was fast and we got a good price. Thanks Sunshine State Plumbing, you guys do good work!!!

I have been in my house for 30 years. From the day I moved in until now, I have called Steve for any of my plumbing needs. He is always very responsive. He is very knowledgeable. He is always very transparent about what the problem is, what the solutions are, and what the cost of each will be. Since I first called on Steve almost 30 years ago, I have always called him for any plumbing needs I have had. From minor leaks to installing hot water heaters, to installing water softener systems, to replacing a toilet, to replacing a faucet. I can trust him and I have complete confidence that he is the best man for the job. He is the Best!

If I could give less than one star I would. I began simply by calling and requesting a price. This very LOUD telephone representative begins over-talking me, telling me they will not give a price over the phone, a technician must come out (at $50) to have a look around and then it became $269 - $369 or more to install a toilet....A TOILET! I said no thank you, she calls back and begins to over talk me again, then she claims I am yelling at her....I don't know how I could yell, she never stopped talking.....I said this is NOT beginning well and hung up. Sorry, if I cannot get past the phone call phase, I cannot image the experience with the technician would be any less than overpriced. I suggest looking around for a more reasonable company.......

The response and call back was great, Tracy was very professional and the technicians that came to the house was great. They not only found the leake but changed out two values. They insured the system was not leaking and was very respectful to me and my wife.Over all they did a Great Job.

A month ago we discovered that our cast iron pipes in our house ( built on slab in 1963) were deteriorating. We thought the only option was to tear the floors up to replace the pipe. We would have had to move out of our house for 4 to 6 weeks. A friend of mine in the insurance business told me about the process of having cast iron pipes relined. I contacted Mr. Jim Pelkey. Boy, I am glad I DID!!!! Not only did I NOT have to leave my house. My house was repiped in 3 days. I couldn't be happier with this company. Mr. Pelkey was there through the whole process and kept me in the loop the whole time. IAM SO THANKFUL to this company for the WONDERFUL work they did for me. Sara Reninger

I will say excellent customer service from office staff and the driver who show up on time big plus. The helper not so much wasn't very knowledgeable about what he was doing he end up chopping up my grass it is a mess. I did try calling in to report it but was place on hold for a few minutes so I hung up.Update owners reach out within a hour after the post last week and handle the situation thanks so much. Now you can have 5 stars. Job well done .

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!

This person pulled out in front of us on 200 west nearly causing an accident, no regards to the right away or traffic laws, then actually hoked at us! If this is what type of people they employee beware
