I have Darley's on speed dial and called Darley's when we discovered some aged and poorly installed drain lines in our condo. Darley's arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem(s) and set about replacing brittle and cracked drain lines and other degraded areas. As the work progressed, we were shown what needed to be done and why. They worked as if it were their own home and cleaned up afterwards as if they were never there.

Showed up on time. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. (I had started a project and was unable to finish because of worry over a damaged pipe.) He talked me through what I would have needed to do to finish the repair as he completed the job. Great experience. Highly recommend.

We are going through a process here. Maybe we have a slab leak, maybe we do not and it is something else. Only reason for the 4 Star rating, because all we actually know it's there is a problem.Today, the new toilet to replace the ,60+ year original version was installed and the MB sliding toilet problem addressed. We were happy with the work and solutions proposed. Hall bath has a functional fixture, MB fixed up probably as much as possible. Pleased with the care and workmanship.Estimator came out on the slab leak issue. I think every other company would be talking slab jackhammer and massive destruction, not to mention the $$$. He spent over an hour trying to figure out what is actually happening. We will be continuing this process with them.I have to say that this business impresses me on multiple levels. There is no sense of anyone trying to jack up charges. The plumbers and helpers try diligently​ to complete work within the hourly rate. For us, this means we get some little bonus fixes such as a leaky faucet if they finish the original problem quickly. Everyone we have had here has been sweet, competent, and willing to have the little old lady in residence saying, well, since you are here....Works for me!Edit. The company sent one of their technicians out, to further diagnose the issue. He pulled the MB toilet, and discovered the flange was broken. Since this toilet was repaired just a couple months ago, he seemed to think the original plumber may have missed something. Flange and service call were completed at no charge to us and the leaking issue appears to be completely resolved.So, again, I highly recommend these guys. If they don't get it right the first time, they fix it.

I was having issues with my plumbing the water was not going out of the tub or when I flushed the toilet turns out I had roots from the tree in my pipes. Jake came out and so fast and efficient I definitely will be recommending them to anyone for their plumbing needs. Great Job Jake!!

It would be under my husband name of James Maguire, dates of service was 8/22 and 8/25 for the same problem of water backing in the master bathroom in the tub and toilet. Told us the problem was solved, two weeks later same backup. Don't waste your money on this company, we had a calcium stone that was blocking the drain after we call a another company.

Hired for my parents' home, parents were told they couldn't be in home while repair was performed. Out of town a week and came back to trash left inside and out, floor filthy, items removed and stacked wildly from cabinets and not replaced, and a new hole in their floor. This on top of a huge bill. Absolutely horrible, please do not use.

Very pleased with work performed by B&G, needed plumbing work done, faucets replaced, some vales replaced, I wasn’t comfortable doing the work myself, with the copper pipes in the house, didn’t try to charge me for work that wasn’t needed, technician was very professional. Super nice place! Good parking and clean bathrooms. One employee there is probably the absolute most beautiful man I have ever seen in a mirror. If you happen to go there and he's there, lucky you! It's also a pretty nice place to work, if you're good enough.
