My wife and I have been relying on Roland Reach Plumbing for over 15 years. We have always found them to be reliable, fair and honest as well as professional and skilled at whatever job they have preformed for us.Our most recent experience was with a plumber named Fadi. I was a bit skeptical on first meeting him as he seemed so young. That soon disappeared as I watched and was impressed by his knowledge and skill and pride he put in his work. He explained each step of replacing our faulty shower and I could tell he knew his stuff. This has been the case with every plumber that has worked on various projects for us over the years, My wife and I would Highly recommend Roland and his team without hesitation or reservation! I was told by another company that I need all my pipes replaced. Called Lettow or a quote. John came out to check my pipes and water pressure. Turns out everything was replaced before I brought the house. He could have taken advantage of me put didn't. I will be using Lettow for all my plumbing needs.

First off, the ladies in the office, Marlena and Amber are amazing. Very polite, very helpful. They answer any questions you may have and just all around friendly. When the guys came out to fix our slab leak, both of them were super nice very professional yet they made you feel like you are friends. And they did a fantastic job.

The best! I made a mess with my DIY install of bathroom faucet to the point of causing a broken hot water pipe and and unknown cold water leak that was more of a flood than a leak. There was no judgement just quick repairs of all issues which was obvious in the plumbers knowledge of how to handle the problems. He was thorough in testing his work. He cleaned up after himself. I appreciate their office acknowledging the predicament i was in and worked me in as early as they did. Affordably priced. I highly recommend them!

I called on a Saturday and someone answered the phone. ? They were kind and helpful. We scheduled an appointment for Monday and and very nice young man named Steve showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and had me up and running shortly there after. He explained everything to me clearly and scheduled a return visit to replace the part that was causing the trouble. Additionally, he offered a service alternative that saved me money.Overall, I give you guys a 10 out of 10!Thank you for your help and quality service!

I originally sent an email over the weekend thinking I would not hear from them until Monday. I was surprised when I got a quick response from Eric. He was able to accommodate my busy schedule. I received a call courtesy call prior to arrival and Eric showed up on time. I was immediately impressed with Eric. He was clearly professional and he was also very personable. He quickly quoted me a reasonable price and I accepted. He was able to quickly obtain all parts and returned to complete the work the same day. He was assisted by Maynard who was equally personable. I really like these guys and will recommend to my friends.

Hector was very professional and explained everything he checked, advised me of items he recommended and covered the maintenance plans for the coming year. I picked the vip plan and renewed. I would highly recommend both Snyder and Hector. They installed and have preformed maintenance twice per year for 13 years, and still running.

Honest and job well done. My home warranty had two plumbers from different companies come out to snake my laundry drains, but water still overflowed. Said I had to get a plumber who had a camera to come out, but wasn't covered by the warranty. I called my realtor who referred me to Robert from CCMP. He came over and solved the issued by snaking the same drain two other plumbers didn't do right, and he was patient. Robert is very thorough, didn't leave until the drains were completely tested. I am thankful that he came out because it saved me at least $300--for a plumber to looked at clogged pipes with a camera. Thank you, Robert!

Sent a total 3 different plumbers for 1 simple job.. my bathtub is worse off than before with 4 extra issues I didn’t have before.. posted my issue and rant on a community Facebook page and had a random guy I didn’t know point out the issue from a picture and fixed everything in a hour... do yourself a favor and call a reputable company and stay far away from these guys

The installer came on the 3rd. appointment day...there were 2 prior no-show days. The installation tech was very knowledgable and explained things/functions afterwards and answered my questions in a very pleasant and thorough manner. He installed the tank easily do to his job obvious knowledge and experience. He left the work area very clean. I'm very content with the installation.
