They charge you an arm and a leg and send you someone who you have to repeat what you need 10 different times in 10 different ways. I needed someone two different times and ended up using a different company who did a better job, was there longer, had the more difficult task and their price was way better than Roto-Rooter. Never again will I call them. I spoke to a friend and he said never hire R-R, bcs they’re expensive and don’t know what they’re doing. If I would have known that I never would have made that expensive call for something so small.

Terrible service. Needed an estimate on replacing cast iron pipes on a house we were trying to buy. The estimator they sent was there less than 10 minutes, didn't go under the house and then didn't get back to us. We were screwed by his poor service. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Total remodel done by RRP. As an architectural designer and construction manager I am always looking for top level sub contractors. RRP fits all requirements.

I just wanted to leave a few words of praise for one of your guys. Hunter came to my house today to remove two bathroom faucets and do a little work on a bathtub leak. One of the faucets was so old and corroded that the piece had become merged with the countertop. The young man had to literally saw it off the sink, which he did not damaging the sink top Then the old drain pipe broke off and he had to go in through an adjacent wall to fix that. The guy worked tirelessly and ran into further complications from our old plumbing. But his know-how and determination left us with two beautiful faucets and a working bathtub. You all should give that guy a raise. He did a great job. We'll be calling you back for a kitchen update, which I promise will be easier. Thank you all, you will hear from us again.

I cannot begin to say all the good things about this plumber. First of all they are honest and know what they are doing. I used them for a repipe and installation of a water heater and it was literally a life saver. I had an old pipe in the kitchen that was right above my electrical box for my dishwasher and it was about to go. They fixed it and moved the new pipe to a much safer location. Also, my pipes in my shower literally crumbled as they were replacing them. They got all the crumbing old pipes out and replaced them perfectly. I didn’t realize how much of a mess my plumbing was in my house, but they got it fixed and working correctly. The best thing I ever did was to hire this plumbing company and I will be using them in the future for sure.

I have used Hall and Sons Plumbing several times now.1. They answer when you call ( you would be surprised how many times you get a voicemail with no response from other places)2. Service is scheduled quickly and when they say there going to be there between 8-830. They will be there between 8-830. No huge 1/2 day wait windows then get a no show.3. The guys that respond have always been courteous, work fast, and give you real answers. They don’t try to up sell you.So in my mind there is no better option. Som of these other company’s have gotten to big for there pants especially with all the new construction and for got about just everyday people. The owner is prior service and it shows with the attention to details that go into his company.It has been a real pleasure doing business with Hall and Sons and will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.So if you ask me if I recommend themYes 100%

No customer service.They even curse you out when you are on the phone with them.That is my worst experience ever.Please, do not take any chance with that company.They will rip you off. The owner is so rude. It seems that they are the worst in town.
