On time, fast and thorough!

Having 2 properties and using company for several big jobs, call to get on schedule and even move back a day because of availability only to be told “Oops sorry nobody called you but or tech is on the way to another job”. Keep in mind that I purposely scheduled first appointment so this wouldn’t happen. Was told basically that they didn’t know what happened but then came back and said sorry it was an emergency and we don’t know when but we will get someone as soon as we can to you. Bad business for sure.

It was an OK experience.Some good -- Now I shouldn't have to say this, but they answered the damn phone. i don't know what the problem with plumbers in the Jacksonville area is, but they don't answer their phones.- The price quoted wasn't outlandish, if a bit on the high side.- The work was done in a timely manner.The bad -- Communication is OK at best, They don't do a very good job at telling you a timeline, most of it was just a phone call telling us they would be working in the house in a particular week. Most of the people they sent out would ask us why they were there, Like IDK dude, I hired your company to do a thing, because I'm not a plumber.- Their website advertises themselves as a bathroom remodel company. What i needed done wasn't exactly a remodel, But I could have called it a remodel and nobody would know the difference. They almost didn't seem like they wanted the job.- For a remodeling company, for some reason they don't have a painter. Like, how do you remodel a bathroom and not paint?- My walls are awful, They were clean white walls without scuffs and scratches. When the work was done there were literal hand prints on my walls, dirt everywhere, and entire patches without paint.Overall, its an OK experience, and given the work I had to put in to even find someone in the area to do this job, I guess I recommend them?

Excellent experience! In a time when all home vendors are backed up for weeks and I even had a plumber tell me that they are no longer accepting new clients (like the dentist does!), these folks were kind, professional and go the job booked quickly. It is for a real estate closing and we had very specific parameters. We also had an owner that is out of the area. Payment was arranged successfully, and the technicians arrived on time. Charlie came out and did an excellent job installing a new faucet and 4 hose bibs outside. He was very polite and helpful the entire time. I would recommend going with Christian Brothers if you have a plumbing issue.

Called to get waterheater and drain looked at. Got an appointment called off work to be available since they didn't give an estimated time or time range even with a $215 service fee just to get them out. Dispatch called to cancel final got some to come out didn't have parts or understand the scope of my request. Didn't seem knowledgeable and had to call his supervisor for advise. Was told they would be back out the next day after 3pm. After no one showed up called in and they had nothing on record for him comming out and still only had replace water heater in the system. Would not recommend this company pretty much wasted $215 so I could tell someone what I need show him how I knew this by taking readings on the heating element with my tools since the tech didn't have a multimeter. Don't know how he planed to troubleshoot.

I have known Steve for many years & I have to say he is THE most experienced plumber I have ever encountered. He goes above and beyond what one may expect with his knowledge and experience for repairing plumbing issues. His prices are reasonable, including cleanup after completion. I would highly suggest calling him for his service & expertise before calling another only to be disappointed or over priced.

I originally sent an email over the weekend thinking I would not hear from them until Monday. I was surprised when I got a quick response from Eric. He was able to accommodate my busy schedule. I received a call courtesy call prior to arrival and Eric showed up on time. I was immediately impressed with Eric. He was clearly professional and he was also very personable. He quickly quoted me a reasonable price and I accepted. He was able to quickly obtain all parts and returned to complete the work the same day. He was assisted by Maynard who was equally personable. Excellent service. Hobart was very detailed, professional, personable and knowledgeable. After his inspection of the HVAC system, vents and ducts he recommended options that we expect will better fit our needs. The only concern was he needs better clean up equipment. I had to vacume again after he left. I saw the vacume, recommend you upgrade the equipment so he can do a stellar job of clean up much like everything else he did! :)

Shannon in the office has always been very helpful. Jason installed two sump pumps in our back yard and he was a pleasure to work with. Sump pumps are working great. No issues.

I have a Home Warranty and my tenants in Pensacola needed the water heater serviced. I called several places and received lack luster response on when someone could go out and look at the problem.When I called All Hours Emergency Plumber, I spoke with Leah, who was very professional, knowledgeable and was able to get someone out to look at the problem immediately. I asked for a scope video of an older home that I thought might have clay tiles. The plumber with the video camera was prompt and had good equipment and knew what to do. As it turned out the plumbing had been replaced with PVC and there was just one connection that was questionable as a result of a Fernco coupling having a small separation between the connected pvc pipes but the camera allowed very careful review to determine that it appeared to be working properly. The owner answered his phone on Sunday and sent me the video and went through it with me. I thought this was above and beyond.
