Excellent company. Had them come fix a couple plumbing issues we had and they were very professional and fixed all my problems. I would highly recommend them!!!

I called because two toilets were leaking. The guys arrived on time, glad there were two – less time (6/27/22). Later that evening as Iwas in the hallway, I heard the other toilet running- which meant water was still leaking from the tank. I did the food coloring test to verify. A different person came out verified it was still leaking. The following is from his work order: “I clean and adjust the flapper no more leak” (7/18/22). The same thing happened again; I heard the toilet running. Another person is sent to the house to repair the leak. The following is from his work order: “After fixing toilet leak it having issues flushing” (7/20/22). Now we have a problem that I did not have before. The field inspector is sent out to solve this problem (7/21/22). End result: accused of dropping something in the toilet and I need a new toilet. There are no children in this house, and nothing is put in my toilet except toilet tissue. If anything, something was dropped in the toilet by the last plumber sent out. I used the toilet, cleaned the toilet, and did the food color test between each visit from the different plumbers. In addition, plumber #3, flushed the toilet several times and saw that it emptied the tank- my foods dye and two of his ‘toilet tank leak detector tablets’. So, after calling Duck Duck Rooter for a leak, I now have a nonworking toilet. ☆☆☆☆☆After hearing about my situation, Lia gave me a BRAND NEW TOLIET!! I commend the company on their persistence, quick follow-up, and commitment to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

Good business, but people are outdated

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt the service of Monument Plumbing was worth sharing. I needed my water heater replaced and some piping repaired on short notice and this company was prompt, professional and courteous. They showed up on schedule, provided great service and did quality work. After having received a variety of negative experiences with other plumbing companies, the service and professionalism of Monument Plumbing was a welcome surprise. I highly recommend!

Don't believe the positive reviews here folks! Unless you are a corporate account, have a lot of money or a lot of time to spare while they give you the run around, don't bother. I live less than a mile away from B&G Plumbing and I called Terry, the plumbing manager for an estimate on Thursday. He advised he would call me back Friday at 11am to let me know what time he could stop by that day for the estimate for my bathroom remodel project. Friday I called the office at 130 and explained he hadn't called. The receptionist passed the message and at 2pm he finally called and said, Its not going to work out today, too busy here and short on help. It will have to wait until Monday. I said are you serious? You are within walking distance of my house and would take five minutes of your time to stop by. He said, Just too busy today and won't be able to make it. I said, Well it seems like you just don't want my business. And he immediately hung up on me. Don't bother calling them as they will treat you like they are doing you a favor.

Tech was familiar with his trade though not comfortable yet in using the Fenwick phone/pad software. Tech was unable to explain any value to a $150 maintenance plan and was informed that i did not want that service. I was on the phone with my financial advisor when Tech asked me to sign for the work done. Later I found out he had put the overpriced and unwanted maintenance plan in the materials. I complained to Fenwick in writing and on the phone that I had not wanted the plan and was told my complaint would be passed on to management - a week later they have not responded. I CANNOT RECOMMEND Fenwick due to ethical issues and will NOT use their services again. I an certainly NOT satisfied with Fenwick and will file a report with the BBB next week for unethical business practices.Update: Still no contact from Fenwick management. Since this was an in-home sale I will now file complaints with BBB and the State of Florida for consumer law violation. All they had to do was call me - very unprofessional.

Griffin is very responsive and scheduled us very quickly for the work. Joe and Eric came out to repair the condensate drain line at our property. They went above and beyond to install the new line. Joe even called me back to explain the repair, since I was not able to be there. I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Griffin!

Work was done on time and as expected. Service tech was competent and helpful. Installation was crazy expensive but actually came in less than I'd been quoted originally.

Had no heat. Called Snyder A/C 7 got appointment for same day.Jason showed up on time to check out system. The system needs a part that costs over $5K, so decided to replace unit. Jason went over options, explaining various features & prices. He made the pain of spending thousands of dollars a bit less. I would recommend him & the Snyder team for all A/C repairs.

The lady on the phone is super nice and friendly. I have a favorite tech they always make sure he gets sent out whenever possible. And the membership is such a great deal. Highly recommend.

I had a visit scheduled for Monday, and they called the Friday before to advise they had an opening due to a cancellation. Daniel arrived within the hour, and seamlessly took care of a toilet and sink problem. He was in & out in less than an hour, and was really polite and professional. I recommend highly!

What a fantastic experience dealing with Wade, Darren, and Griffin Service! I had Wade come out a few months ago to provide estimates on several projects around the house. I had planned to wait a few months before starting, but decided to go ahead and buy the 5 yr service agreement due to the cost savings, and the support of military veterans that came with the deal. Just a few days later, I had a coil go out on one of my AC. It was a unit that was under recall, and Wade handled all the replacement paperwork for us. I decided to replace a unit that had been inoperative for 2 years at the same time, and Griffin gave us not only the best deal we could find on a new AC unit, but installed the warranty coil for no additional labor at the same time. Our Technician, Darren, was prompt and professional. He arrived at the agreed upon time, worked quickly and efficiently, and had everything required to do the job on hand. That was a welcome change from the last experience I had with another company, who left the premise 4 times to go get parts and supplies.Not only great service, well trained and professional technicians, and extremely fair and competitive pricing on quality products, but friendly and community service minded as well. You can't go wrong with Griffin Service. Indeed, they provide service that is nothing short of legendary in my book
