Russell called to let me know he was on the way. My kitchen sink was clogged. He determined the problem was in the pipes and cleared it quickly. He was careful to keep the work area clean and dry. He even asked if I had a broom and dishpan to clean up.Russell was very professional and took time to answer all our questions.I will use Swift Brothers Plumbing in the future and recommend them to others.

Bad company that doesn't care.Made things worse than it was.i wouldn't recommend this company to no one.Bad experience on Friday called to get my oven fixed,but instead made things worse.i could have cook on top range but not in the oven.after they access my oven.They cut a wire and gas was escaping.had to call gas company.Now I can't cook my New year dinner because company mess up the line.This. Company should show a little more concerned.Joe act like he didn't know what he was doing.blamed me that someone else fix my stove when I'm the only tenant that own this house.stove never was broken.very rude and disrespectful!!!! manager was rude also.

Called late on a Sunday afternoon. Guys were super professional, figured out the problem quickly and fixed it. A+

Someone from this company stole an orange fan from me. When I called the company they made it clear that I was just out of luck, basically took me for a joke, because their guys denied it but yet they were the last people in the house. I wouldn’t call them if my home was flooded knowing the thieves who work there have no honor and obviously neither does their front office. If you do happen to let them do a service watch them because one of their crews are thieves.

Set up an appointment a week out, was a 4 hour window in which they were supposed to show up. No call, 30 minutes after they should of been here I called and was advised they were behind.I expect a little more out of an established company, honestly, I would of understood if there was a call informing me they were not going to make it but there was nothing.One more appointment and I will update my review based on that, I hope it goes well.Update, another appointment scheduled and it's already an hour past. Called and it almost seems like they didn't even have me in the books, something is majorly wrong with this company.

James' work was superior, terrific, he was very clean, is a great organizer and did a spectacular job! He is my kind of plumber!

I called in to get an exterior pipe repaired due to it cracking at the water spigot. The plumber shows up at 9:30 to get it fixed and water turned on but charges me $735 for less than an hour in time and maybe $30 in parts.We were in a tight spot and needed the water turned on so we had to move forward with it otherwise lose a paying guest. If this isn't taking advantage of a customer, I don't know what is.

Water heater installation: James and Tyrone were very professional and informative throughout the entire process. They laid tarps to eliminate foot traffic and cleaned as they worked. All questions were answered, and they responded positively to our mask request. They did an AWESOME job...in a timely manner. I would recommend Griffin to my family and friends!

Mike was our technician, from beginning to end he was a total professional and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

Professional and very affordable!

Our install team was an absolute class act displaying an abundance of professionalism, technical experience, and efficiency in installing our new unit. All members of the team to include Mr. “G,” Mr. Dana, Mr. Jet, and Ms. Desi provided a service that was on point. Tear down was accomplished at an amazing pace and the new unit was replaced, braised in, and vacuumed in not even half a work day. It was a pleasure to have them as our install techs and wish nothing but the best for them. Hats off to the team at Snyder continuing to be some of the best technicians in the area.

These guys are absolute pros from start to finish. Our technician Stephen was is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the system from airflow in duct work to the mechanics in the units. Instead of coming out and selling me a unit, he diagnosed my true issue and engineered a system that would best fit our needs. On the day of the install our install manager Tommy was hands on the entire process, even fixing issues we didn't know where there. These guys truly care about the quality of product they are putting out and it shows. If your looking for peace of mind when addressing one of the major systems in your house I would give these guys a call.

Great Company to work with!!

Good job on the second try. Scheduled and came back immediately to address my complaint. The problem was on oversight on the previous techs drainage installation. I still believe in this company and willing to continue using their services as they are prompt, reliable and noteworthy to add provide a quality product.

Tried calling and got a machine. Press 1 for plumber and press 2 for all other calls. I wanted a quote so pressed 2. Machine said were sorry, this line is only for plumbers and hung up on me. Annoying machine. Option 1 wanted my zip. No thanks.
