I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt the service of Monument Plumbing was worth sharing. I needed my water heater replaced and some piping repaired on short notice and this company was prompt, professional and courteous. They showed up on schedule, provided great service and did quality work. After having received a variety of negative experiences with other plumbing companies, the service and professionalism of Monument Plumbing was a welcome surprise. I highly recommend!

Editing my original review: First time they came out it was a great experience and a great price. Unfortunately, the second visit (for something different) was a very different experience. It was for a small clog that turned into a big problem, which certainly happens, but the tech wasn’t sure how to fix it, so he had to call his boss (who was in a meeting). When the tech got ahold of his boss a while later, he wondered around my property chatting on the phone, then cleaned up and left without telling me the cost or options. I got charged for the time he spent trying to figure out his job and for that time on the call. If a tech doesn’t know how to do a job, I’d suggest he leave so I’m not charged extra for a how-to-do-my-job 30 minute call.

Matt skillfully completed the required repairs. He patiently answered all of my questions. He left his work area clean, but most importantly the work he completed looked very neat and ordered.

Excellent work, the Service Tech arrived and told me what he was going to do, then did it. Absolutely no issues. Happy ending.

Delta Mechanical was the designated Home Depot installer for 2 recently purchased toilets; Desnik was tasked with the installations and did a fantastic job. A Griffin Service representative came to my house today to service my old timer AC unit. Shane was very pleasant and patient with all my questions as he showed me what he was doing to service my AC. He also gave me a detailed quote on a what would be necessary to replace it when the time comes. I just can't say enough about how pleased I am with Shane and his company. They are stellar in professionalism and care of this customer (me). I had many questions and Shane made sure that I had all the answers to my questions. When it is time to change my old AC unit...there will be no other company that I will call. Griffin does business the old fashioned way...and for this senior...I miss old fashioned service these days. Again...I highly recommend them. And by the way...you might ask for Shane :-)
