Was in need of a new water heater. Purchased one at Home Depot and was told Swift Brothers would reach out to me to schedule. Nobody ever called so I had to call them. I went from a standard hot water heater to a tankless. They told me I would need a permit and charged me for one. They never pulled a permit for the job. I have had nothing but issues since the installation not to mention it looks like my 5 yr old installed it. I have left multiple messages for a manager to call me, it’s been weeks. Next step is BBB

We had an awesome experience with Bill Fenwick. They completely remodeled 3 bathrooms for us. They performed a total tear out of the Walls, Floors, and Fixtures, and then replaced everything. It was a total remodel from the ground up. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. You could tell that they were focused in making sure that the customer was completely satisfied. Donovan heating and air did a great job for my business. I called them on a Sunday and within two hours they were out fixing my problem. This is exceptional service. They also have a yearly plan that covers your air conditioning almost 100%. I definitely recommend this company because they call you back quickly and they can make it out typically within 24 hours.
