Frank came out to service us originally and provided excellent service. He answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained the problem and solution. We will definitely recommend using David Gray Plumbing in the future.Updates: Had another plumbing problem that needed attention. Don was polite and professional. Exemplary service from the first point of contact through the completion of the job. The answering service was efficient and polite. The plumber, Jonny Baer, was punctual, professional and explained both what the job entailed and the cost. He jetted out our parking lot drains quickly and efficiently. I’ve added Roto-Rooter and will request Jonny to the top of our list of who to call for future plumbing needs.

I see all of the five star reviews and would've love nothing more to have had that same outcome. Zero communication and lack of attention to detail. I'm not a fan of negative reviews but I wouldn't recommend this company.

Just want to say our visit for unclogging a pipe was one of the best service experiences ever! The employees were extremely polite and personable and cared so much about the work they were doing. Had issues with machinery not working and were open and honest about the issues and stopped our billing time so they could go exchange it and came back to finish up. Just all around nice guys who did a great job. Will be using them again if we encounter any plumbing issues!

I deal with a lot of real estate/ investors etc. and therefore we have to deal with a lot of vendors, plumbers hands down the most. This outfit s fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Very quick and have their stuff together. There are a lot of bad expensive plumbers out there, these guys are not them, they are great.

I called David for an estimate on a cast iron drain replacement and he came out the next morning. The next day the work was done in 3 1/2 hours on the low side of his estimate. This guy is good.He was prompt, courteous, and he even swept up the floor afterwards. The interaction of the guys there was respectful and professional. It is obvious that David and his guys practice what they claim on their website. These are not just words to these men, they are a class example for the trade and one to be emulated. Need a plumber, call THEM.

Driver sped down my residential street, swerved after driving thru a neighbor's yard. When I was attempting to catch up to identify the company's vehicle, driver reached speeds in excess of 75 mph in a 35 mph zone. Upon encountering traffic forcing him to let off, he got behind me and turned on bright headlamps to blind me.
