I did not have truly HOT water for 6 years. I called so many local plumbing companies and no one was able to solve the mystery as to why my water was only luke warm. In only 30 minutes Mike at Affordable solved my issue and for the first time in 6 years, I was able to take a steaming HOT shower. I don’t think it’s as much Terrance as it is with the company communications systemsz. When I tried to initially cal into progressive /swift bro I was transferred 4 times to different locations. I finally was able to make an appointment.Terrance an another person came out to review my hot water heater system. The advertisement, since I was going through Home Depot was to be free. Terrance told me it was going to be $150-$180 for a fire a Diagnosis but then charged me $200. All at a moments notice.The cost of the part to Fix the problem was $45. The cost to fix the Water Heater was verbally quoted to be between $400 - $450. Terrance was to order the part and schedule a time to return and repair. I did not hear from him for two weeks so I called him. He had not ordered the part. I asked him if the price had been settled. He said he did not see the repair on his work list. I also had asked for a quote to replace the tankless water heater and I asked him again for that quote ( me purchasing and his company purchasing).I received the quote two days later but no follow up with The plumbing co.I tried to get in touch w the company and Terrance twice each and no answer from Terrance and was hung up on Tice when I called the company number.Steve Robinson404-694-0778m

I first found DWV Plumbing when I tried to replace my toilet and found that after three tries, my flange needed to be replaced because of broken bolt holders. It was 8AM Sunday morning when I called David about fixing my mess. He was out to my house by 9:30AM and within 2 hours he had replaced my flange reset my toilet and handed me a bill THAT WAS LESS THAN HALF of what a competitor of his quoted me for a Sunday service call.The next time I called David was to Install a Vanity for my bathroom after I, again, tried to Do-It-Myself. He gladly came out and installed my Vanity and repaired the mess that I made trying to save money on my own.Finally, I decided to replace my bathtub and tile surrounding the tub, but before I called David I called around to other Plumbing Companies in the Jacksonville area. David had given me a quote 10 months ago and I wanted to see what his competitors would do the same/equivalent work for.I was not surprised when the lowest quote was David's. While researching the other local plumbers I discovered that David is only 1 of 4 in the Jacksonville area that is Accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Reviews of his competitors was questionable at best. So, I had David do my bathtub and tile replacement.I am VERY HAPPY with the completed project and the time that it took to complete it. The Bathroom went from a very 1980's look (The Brady Bunch) to a modern elegant bathroom. He completed the work in the timeframe that was discussed and the price could not be beat. My hat is off to you, David, and you will continue to be 'my plumber'.

Had a tankless hot water heater go out. They came in the next morning and installed a new unit. Professional installation, great service at a fair price. Will use them in the future and have already told some friends about them. I have found over the years the quality of the work is usually dictated by the organization and neatness of the service truck. See attached photographs.

Great attitude with office person when I made the appointment. Then had Guy come out to replace a garbage disposal, advise on existing tankless water softener, replace a house filter, and flush a tankless water heater. Guy was patient and friendly, showing me what he was doing as he was doing it. Professional and knowledgeable, Guy showed up 5 minutes early to promised time. Price was competitive if not less than anticipated. They have my highest recommendation possible.

I cannot say enough good things about Hall and Sons!!! At first when I told them what was wrong, I was really worried that they weren't going to be able to fix the problem. They were so honest and they told me up front that it could turn into a really extensive demo job that would involve a good amount of time and money. However, they recognize my financial situation and assured me they would do everything they could to fix it. I was completely astonished at the outcome; they did such a beautiful job repairing my shower faucet! I couldn't believe they were able to do it... It was a rusted mess! They did the job quickly and efficiently with a smile. Gary was so fun to talk to and you can tell that him and his staff are truly family and they love what they do. I'm thankful to know that I've found my forever plumbers!!!

Billy just completed installation of my disposal. Quick and effecient. Very curteous and friendly. He even gave me a tip on how to drain sediment from my water heater.I have used Kimball several times over the last few years and have never been disappointed.

I was very impressed with this company. We did light redesigns of both our guest and master bathrooms. The teams that came to do the work were timely, professional, and polite. With a newborn in the house the team was considerate and would do what they could to keep the noise to a minimum. The outcome of both bathrooms is fantastic. We are very happy with all of their work on both the demo and installation/hook-up side of things. I would highly recommend this company.

We had Steve install a new water heater and water softener/filtration system in our home. Steve was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of our questions and explain the operation of our new system. He was transparent in his pricing and very professional. One of the most important things we look for in customer service is when things go wrong what is their availability and willingness to stand by their product. We had a small gasket go on our filtration system (not Steve's fault) and he promptly came out and replaced the part under warranty. Overall, my experience with Steven's plumbing has been superb and I would recommend him without any reservations.

Super nice place! Good parking and clean bathrooms. One employee there is probably the absolute most beautiful man I have ever seen in a mirror. If you happen to go there and he's there, lucky you! It's also a pretty nice place to work, if you're good enough.
