We were able to arrange for non emergency service over the holidays just a few days in advance. Eric arrived on time and quickly did the kitchen faucet we called about. While there he helped us with an ac drain, and had the special tool and drill bits to install a grab bar in the shower. Total time spent and the bill were very reasonable. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Our plumber, Mac was both professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, as scheduled. Mac identified the problem immediately and resolved it in a timely fashion. Their pricing is very fair and acceptable. We would definitely use Turner Plumbing again and recommend them to everyone.

We needed a total replacement of septic tank and drain field. Duck Duck Rooter came out, assessed the damage and gave us realistic cost and time estimates for their work. Staff kept us informed along the way and the owner spoke with me several times throughout the process. While we waited for the permit and scheduling, we ran into an issue with our existing system; we reached out to see if the work could be expedited and Jeff went out of his way to assist. When work was done, it was completed quickly and professionally with no disruption to our daily life. Highly recommend.

They have been prompt in help n getting the issue fixed. But in a difference of less than 30 mins, when we found out that they haven’t tightened the pipe which connects to the drinking water faucet which caused the water to leak whenever we operated the drinking water faucet. Tried calling the person who fixed our issue a couple of times and tried texting along with the video but they never reverted. We had to fix the issue on our own again…

Great professional people

I was having issues with both of my tubs not draining and one was so backed up the water wouldn’t get to the shower head. Woody and Mijhael came out to fix it and were professional, polite, and fixed it in less than 15 min. Would definitely recommend!

Spoke.with a very nice lady (Judy) who told me she would have a crew out within the hour, and she did.
