The technician was nearly 50 minutes late. Also, was unprofessional at times, would repeatedly make snarky remarks. His only function was to loosen a bolt on my hot water valve and tighten within reason so that the dish washer installers could install the dish washer without possibly breaking the PVC piping behind the wall. For this, the technician originally wanted to charge me nearly $400. I’ve used Roto rooter several times, I’m a fan of the fact that they are available 24/7 and there are no after-hour fees. However, the technician in this case knew he was attempting to over charge me because once I asked him if he was seriously trying to charge me $400 to loosen the bolt, and put the same bolt back on and leave, he quickly said he could do it for $190 because that is the minimum charge required. The whole transaction felt illegitimate and I felt as if he was trying to hustle me.

Techs were professional, fast and clean.

The last 2 jobs I had from Rolland Reash were nightmares to deal with. 2 years ago we had the plumber come out to fix a line behind the fridge only to have a leak gushing out, costing us alot of money and time to replace our floors in the kitchen area.The first 3 pictures are the old plumbing and the last 2 pictures are how roll and Reash installed them.6 months ago we decided to try again assuming this was a fluke. Plumber assembled everything together and as he explained how he assembled the shower lines, the pipe busted and splashed water everywhere. Within 30 seconds of running water spilling out this damage our new drywall panels, our new laminate floor we just installed in this area days before this incident, and damages are now showing up in our shower floor. Because of this they didn't charge us for the install and had someone come redo the floor. We bought the supplies and they installed the floors. Unfortunately I can't come to terms with how they handle these situations and for that we now have Tactical Plumbing coming through for us. I have nothing but good things to say. It was easy to make an appointment. They installed a toilet for me and removed my broken flange. They were polite and worked quickly. They even fixed by outside faucet which was not on the agenda. I live out in Baldwin and they had no problem coming out this far. Price was good and I would use them for any of my future needs. David was awesome he fixed the TPR valve on my water heater. He was professional, quick and didn't try to sell me anything else. Also the receptionist Rene, is awesome. She recommended an A/C guy that was way better than a big name company i had worked with a few days earlier. I recommend them to anyone.

Had an plumbing emergency and Advantage Plumbing courteously and promptly fit me into their schedule. Their plumber was able to quickly assess my issue and fix it at a very reasonable price.
