First of all, Daniel with Roto Rooter was top notch!I had him install a brand new hookup for a stackable ventless washer/dryer in my existing salon. They were less expensive than other quotes- and the most professional and efficient plumbers I’ve ever worked with!They literally came and gave me the quote and had it all completed in 3-4 days!! They even had to take out existing dry wall, find existing pipes (water and drainage) and hook up to them, and repair. All this during business hours mostly and no issues at all!I also used them a few months ago to replace and install a new modern commercial toilet in the restroom and it went seamless and was installed in less than 24 hours of my first call for a quote!If you are thinking of hiring this business ~ don’t think twice! I give them 5 out of 5 stars in every category! Will be using Roto Rooter again for all my locations!Also - Shout Out to the very sweet lady who answers the phones! I was given a quote for future work. An estimate. I will schedule them next week. Work involved including opening up my wall to put a new shower stem and valve configuration. I will review again after the work has been done. Dustin came to my home and was pleasant, honest and is willing to take care of the problem in one day. I will schedule after the labor day weekend. I added to this because i accidentally hit the first star. This visit was professional and pleasant.

They were able to easily plumb a new kitchen sink which wasn't an simple fix.

I have known Bill and his wife for many years. They are great people and his company is a direct comparison. Aldridge and Sons Plumbing has done work on a older home we have off San Jose and have been excellent. They let you know up front what the cost will be and then provide excellent work and service. If you have any issues with anything, Bill will often address it himself and the issues are taken care of right away. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Had someone come check for a leak. He never even tried to turn off the main water or even look for the leak. He was at my house for maybe 5 minutes and didn't even give a quote for work I might need. Received a bill in the mail for $115 in the mail even though I was never told there was a fee or agreed to pay anything. This a a very dishonest company. Filing complaint with BBB and attorney general.

I had a grinder pump that felt it was ready for retirement and decided to stop functioning. I made the call at 1pm on Wednesday and Jason was on the property by 10am the following morning with the replacement pump. Great response time. The pump was a bit expensive, but seeing as how they are hard to find right now, I’m perfectly happy paying the price. Thanks Jason!

I have nothing but good things to say. It was easy to make an appointment. They installed a toilet for me and removed my broken flange. They were polite and worked quickly. They even fixed by outside faucet which was not on the agenda. I live out in Baldwin and they had no problem coming out this far. Price was good and I would use them for any of my future needs.
