We had a very unusual and unexpected plumbing issue when this plumber was called out to do what we thought would be an easy service call. If we’d had a less experienced plumber on the job, it could have really turned into a mess. But the plumber from St. John’s Plumbing was a seasoned professional and he went above and beyond the call of duty to find a solution for our unique & unexpected plumbing problem. It was truly a blessing because that was our first time using St. John’s Plumbing and I haven’t seen that kind of commitment to service by many others. I’m very grateful for his help!

What a great company. I had a well pump replaced just over a year ago. Had a minor issue which they quickly fixed. The same problem happened today. They said since it was the same problem they would most likely take care of it. It was the same problem and they did take care of it. Mechanical parts and people make errors now and then. Bert Norman didn't even try to decide if it was the part or the person. They just took accountability and made it right. They are a stand up company.

Extremely poor service. Owner loves to yell curse and scream at the customers. Read the other reviews. This isn't the first time this person has done this. NOTICE HE'S NEVER WRONG. Owner answered the phone drunk and it wasn't even noon yet!!! Promised a 30-day guarantee on his work then didn't back up his word. Do Not Do Business With This Person!!!

Visiting Jax Beach for the holidays. Had issues with the toilets in our condo. Terry came within an hour of our call. Fixed both leaky/running toilets. Reasonably priced. Pleased and grateful !
