Not only were they completely helpful, they were more than willing to change their whole schedule around to accommodate my emergency need, which was only really an emergency due to the lack of planning on my part. Whoever is Whitney tell her that she's an unprofessional and rude person. They were assigned to do a service at my house for an exterior water valve and I was told that I didn't have to be at the house for that. This lady called and questioned me that why I wasn't at the house that they were not going to be able to fix the issue without my presence in case they needed to shut off the water line. Which is dumb because that you can't do it from the outside. So the guy left. She called a few minutes later, left a message saying that the technician forgot to bring the tool needed to swap the water walve out and that I needed to call for reschedule. SHE'S A JOKE!!! Not recommend at all.
