I highly recommend this company, especially Dustin!! He was so thorough and explained all our options on replacing our homes two water heaters. I got a few quotes from other companies and no one else mentioned that we would have to replace our 65 gallon tanks with 55 gallon ones. He added boosters to our tank to keep our hot water capacity similar to what we are already used to. Installation went great! Dustin was extremely professional, quick, and clean. He took the time to teach me how everything worked. Cannot recommend this company and Dustin enough!

This plumbing company did a fantastic job! They were very responsive and cleared our clients drain problems quick so we could clean up the mess from a sewage back-up. My appointment was scheduled for 2PM with a 2 hr work window. They were a NO call NO show until I had to call them and ask when I was getting service. After I called the tech that was supposed to show up was busy at another job so they sent someone else who then showed up at 6PM and left just before 8PM; 4hrs late better than never. Communication is not great and after the install I still am having issues that I'm waiting on repairs. Devon was very nice and professional however he could not totally fix the issues and answer all of my questions. I will follow-up on the review once they address all the issues.

Our toilet broke and would not flush. Best Jacksonville Plumbers helped us with it, and they were cheap compared to the other plumbers. Will use them again if we have another plumbing issue.

Plumbing by Josh has been servicing our HOOT aerobic treatment system for several years. They are 100% prompt and professional. I've used them for plumbing projects inside the house and, again, they show up on time, their prices are very reasonable, and they're super easy to work with.

Great time for all of us.. The actors were great.. Made even the scary cats feel safe lol yet stayed in character and still gave us all a great time.. Go if you can lots of fun to be had
