I called on a Saturday and someone answered the phone. ? They were kind and helpful. We scheduled an appointment for Monday and and very nice young man named Steve showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and had me up and running shortly there after. He explained everything to me clearly and scheduled a return visit to replace the part that was causing the trouble. Additionally, he offered a service alternative that saved me money.Overall, I give you guys a 10 out of 10!Thank you for your help and quality service!

I'd like to say that my experience with Kurt Jackson Plumbing was positive, however that is not the case.After responding to a leak at a lower unit, two reps from KJP needed to enter our condo unit above. They believed the leak affecting my neighbor's to be originating from our unit. I let them in to access stating I would need to acquire authorization for any modification to the unit. The two KJP reps, plumbers, found a leak in the backflow of our A/C. They then inserted a metal stopper as a temporary stopgap without approval and left stating we needed an A/C repairman out to fix the issue.The metal stopper inserted caused more backflow issues, because obviously, compounded by the fact the KJP rep turned the A/C unit down to source the leak and left it at the lower degree after plugging the backflow to have water go directly into it. So while waiting for an actual A/C repairman the temperature rose from the comfortable 76 it was to 86 degrees. We removed the plug and put a drip pan down to catch excess water and the A/C luckily returned to normal levels.I'm not sure how they are at plumbing, but they are unprofessional in manner and how they approach a job. Honestly if I could I'd rate lower. After calling into KJP their phone rep was rude insisted his two team members did nothing, then when I said, Well then I'll remove the nothing they plugged in. He threatened I would be liable for damages to my neighbors place from the leak. I told him a pan sure stops my A/C being broken and then leaking from higher up and his team could have fixed the issue of the leak with a shop vac if they had a lick of sense.

They came through in a crisis, during the hurricane warning and the nor'easter of 10/616 to clear our backed up sewer. They got here in 30 min. and did a thorough job; whereas RotoRooter, whom we had called the night before at 6:30 p.m., never came that night, postponed us till the next day, and then gave us completely bogus reasons (really - out and out lies!) about how our location and the weather prevented them from coming - and were curt and argumentative on the phone to boot! Use Roto Rooter!!!

I needed to find a small water supply line leak in the ground near my house and Amelia Plumbing was very helpful, fair, and honest. I was able to get the leak fixed, and am pleased with the work they did, and for the valuable advice they gave. I would wholeheartedly use them again.

Definitely will be using Dave for my other plumbing issues. Down to earth fellow and does great work. From the very beginning he offered me the best price on the market, quick turn around once we figured installation dates and stand behinds work. David helped me decided the best water heater for my home. As real as it could get, there was a leaking pipe after installation, he came out and fixed it, even to find out he had a flat tire trying to get here.

My 90 year old father-in-law has used Dale's plumbing in the past so when we needed a plumber asap we didn't hesitate in contacting Dale's Plumbing.I called at 8am gave a brief description of the problem and was told they would be at the house by about 1pm the same day. The plumber arrived at 1pm. He diagnosed the problem swiftly and had to snake the main sewer line through the roof (clogged toilets backing up into tub and shower). Told me the what and why's of the problem and told me what to buy to prevent the issue from occurring again in the future. Also fixed a leaking shower knob. Total cost $100 which was less than I expected. Price may be higher or lower for the same service for someone else and probably depends on the severity and difficulty of the job. I know someone who had the same service through another company and it cost them $150.The plumber was very nice and polite and the job was done quickly.I am saving Dale's contact info in my phone because we will absolutely use them in the future and refer them to friends and family.

I needed my return unit brought down from attic. It was a big job. Dave and Earl were awesome. They showed me how to use the new install, cleaned up after, and were very professional.
