John with King Rooter & Plumbing was on time for our appointment, he was informative, and brought the plumbing lines up to code when installing the new water heater. He has great customer service, and was able to resolve a secondary issue while he was here. I would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing issues resolved quickly.

I called Bruce on a Saturday morning asking him to come repair my shower faucet. Instead of charging me and coming out and fixing it, Bruce walked me through with pictures how to repair it myself and saved me hundreds. I would trust this guy to do any repair on my house and I will be using him in the future. Clearly a stand up dude.

I called Mark after I had a bad experience with another alleged plumber. Mark was prompt, professional and took one look at my issue and knew exactly what needed to be done. He even took a look at a couple of other potential issues we had and and gave us an idea how we would want to address them. I highly recommend Mark and C4 if you are looking for an honest professional plumber who knows what he’s doing.

This company was called due to pipes clogged up in house. When repairs were finished the technician Kimball stated that the sewer line was in need of repair drastically.

This company put a lot of pressure to fix the sewer line and a check was provided to them that day. Because they stated the work would be done that week. Work was never started as they stated “waiting for approval from city”. After hearing same story for a month I decided to ask for a refund.

They immediately stated they can get out the next day to start. I refused and asked for a refund in which they said there was a 25% cancellation fee. However they did not inform me on the cancellation fee prior to the work they said they would do. They stated that I signed a contract that agreed to the work.

When I asked for all of our documents that I signed they stated that I had them all. There was a receipt from work they did in basement. However no receipt for the work they were supposed to do on the sewer line. They still took that money and only provided an invoice that I had to ask for. But again there was no signature for that work from my end.

Now I have been waiting for an additional month on this refund. Which they have told me anything from “they will be sending it or they are having technical issues on sending a check”.

It is a shame that there are companies out here that will scam people for their money and claim to be a legitimate business.

It is also frustrating that there was no communication from their end as well as no communication within their company too. It almost seemed as if they were trying to wait me out on my refund giving me every excuse in the book as to why they never sent out the refund or anyone I spoke with it seemed as if they were just hearing about this issue for the first time and were clueless.

As of now refund still has not been received. I will issue a statement to the BBB. As well as a follow up with the fraud department and going to small claims court.

We smelled gas fumes in our home. We called the local fire department and asked them to inspect our home for any possible leaks. They found no leaks. We still smelled gas, so we called our HVAC contractor. They found no leaks. We still smelled gas; this time we called a fireplace expert to come and inspect our fireplace because the fumes were sometimes emanating from the fireplace area (as well as the basement area). He found no leak either, but we still smelled gas. Based on a recommendation from a neighbor, I called Nate at To the T Plumbing and Heating. Guess what? Nate found the gas leak that no one else could find! I would give Nate and his team 6 stars if possible. Thank you!

I made an emergency appointment for a leaking drain pipe. They told me they would be at my house between 2 and 5, I made the appointment at 10:30am. They called me around 5:30 and said that they left a voicemail at 2:20 telling me that they couldn't come, but they DIDN'T leave a voice mail, they never called me until after my window had closed, and they contacted me through NONE of the other means that they notified me of my appointment, text and e-mail. Had I known, I would have hired another plumber.

NextGen Plumbing came and installed a water softner, whole house filter, and ran a gas line out to our deck for our grill. They were extremely professional and provided a quote right away. They offered helpful suggestions and provided advice without being pushy and didn’t try and upsell me like many other companies did. They scheduled the install date and were responsive when I had questions. The day of they showed up on time, worked hard and finished the project in estimated time window. I would recommend them for any and all plumbing needs!

I am pretty careful with my $$ and definitely do my research before having anyone else try to fix a problem that I haven't been able to fix. After looking at Google reviews for multiple places and calling several of them, I ultimately had Errol from Vertec come over to do an assessment of my sprinkler system.

First, Errol is both kind and warm. I'm relatively new to home ownership, so he not only completed a very thorough assessment - he walked me through the whole thing and taught me the basics of my system. Nice!

Second, Errol gave me a full and thorough price estimate for the fixes on the spot. He counted up all of the individual parts he would need, as well as estimated the total labor time it would take him, and gave it to me straight. Very well done - no behind the scenes magic.

Finally, throughout the assessment, Errol taught me a few great tips and to-dos for my lawn - he could tell that it was important for me to improve its conditions and 'coached me up' regarding what I should do, both now and in future years.

Errol's price was definitely competitive with all of the other services around - $75 for an assessment - and I'll go through him every time, because the extra time and info he spent was well more than I think I would have gotten from anyone else. Go with Vertec.

Done Plumbing was very professional. They waived the travel fee when they had to reschedule our appointment. I am impressed with the customer service and the advance notice of the time to expect the technician. They even emailed a profile and photo of the technician so we would know who to expect. The were efficient and reasonably priced, too!
